Kiwani Williams, 44, was last seen on Wednesday, November 22 when she left her home on the 2400 block of North Douglas Street. Williams is described as being 5’4″, weighing 150 pounds with a small build and medium complexion. Police say she was wearing traditional Muslim garb. Williams is reported to abuse drugs and alcohol. She may also been in the area of the 1500 block of Ridge Avenue.
