Tiptoeing carefully around the subject of the text messages, the article indicates that 15 texts from JS occurred shortly after LS was abducted. It might explain why some things don't add up in my mind. Why were ONLY the bra and socks buried in the location by the rail line? What was special about those items that JS deemed it so important to hide them in that particular location? Tossing them in a dumpster behind either of the two local smorgasbord restaurants where the trash truck pickups are more numerous would have been a smarter move as the type of trash might have damaged any DNA evidence. Where are the rest of LS's clothing? Did JS drive around and dispose of evidence piecemeal? Disposing of remains would be a major priority as decomp would be starting to occur. If one or more of you are interested in a case project, check to see how many hog farms are in the general area. I expect to see the content of the text messages come up during trial. I really wish I had access to them now as it might give me a better idea where to search.
