The TOD, clothing, rooms bodies were located in, and most especially this guys ID's (several) and record imo, are the key to this case. The felony case against him if it was him, had a substantial amount of time potential, yet I could only find where he served a few months. He could have become an informant? What were the jobs (couple) I'm not showing them working anywhere so how were they going to contribute to rent-had to get $$ somewhere. If this is a "hit", keep in mind that if it was gang related, they tend to want to send an obvious message, not cover it up.
If it is about a specific case, they would every incentive not to be tied to it and it would have to big enough to kill 4 people. Thoughts?

I don't think someone outside the apartment killed them. The chain on the door has steared me from the theory. I truly do not know what to think.

Maybe, but why chain the door if your commiting suicide? Everyone in different rooms. All windows locked except one, which was not unlocked, it was left open and perhaps on the side of the street? Do we know who was found in the room with the unlocked window? Were there doors on each of the rooms? If this was a quad murder, I would say they at least knew the perp or knew someone who knew the perp.
Is there a first floor occupant?
IN any event, this case makes my head hurt.

I can only guess to keep someone in? The window that was cracked was to high for someone to get in. We don't know what rooms they were found in. I haven't heard a word if there is a first floor occupant. Oh my head hurts right with ya.

Dependant upon where the window was, certainly a ladder, or it's only 2 story you could jump out- the fact that everything was so locked up except this makes me think it's relevant. Also, if there were no prints of any kind on it? Is there a pic anywhere of the window?

Let me see if I can find the picture.

What was the weather like in PA when they died? I'm thinking it would still be cold and odd a window would be open like that. As expensive as it is to heat a home now I find that suspicous.

Saturday was chilly and I don't think it was too bad on Sunday.

I tried to get a picture of the window but the site wouldn't let it load. If you watch some of the videos you can see how high that window is. I would find it strange that someone would put a ladder up there without anyone noticing it. I also read the window was only cracked.:waitasec:

I didn't see any windows opened. Here is a video link.

http://abclocal.go.com/wpvi/story?section=news/local&id=6050783

The one screen is up but I don't see any open windows. Also, this is not on a dead end street and people would see a person with a ladder climbing in any of those windows. Now...would they call the cops...that's another story.

How do you know which window it is, was not referenced in the link. Also, do you have a link to where the fam said the chainlock was locked?

I am not sure what window it is but from looking at the video I didn't see any open on that floor.

My link at 8:10 this am has the info about the chain lock.

If I murdered someone then decided to try to make it look like suicide or an "inside " job, I might chain the door, lock the windows, and jump out of a second story window, shutting it as much as possible.

A reasonably fit person should be able to briefly hang by one arm from the sill and pull the window down most of the way before dropping to the ground.

People do desperate things when facing the possibility of the death penalty.:behindbar

Hold everything- I could not load this before-went onto the site, all new:

1) Bryant adopted from foster care around 5-6 years old, with brother, not sure if this together or from two seperate homes. Not sure if they cahnged names but doesnt look like it. Maybe Beachum is adopted name. If you read his quote is says he "knew him since he was 6", makes me think the latter.
2) There are security cameras, presumably in entryway which would be why a perp would use window.
3) Crime occured between early morn Friday and 3:30PM Friday afternoon.
Guessing it would not be during the day, she may have walked into it.
4) Read Filly's last post about a murder- may have have been his parents I think #95
5) Saunders says she usually watched the baby when Lindsey worked- why not this day?
6) Lindsey had not seen Michelle for several years and was homeless when she bumped into her, she went to HS with her, but no contact since then.
7) Michelle and Bryant were only dating a few weeks, not engaged as reported earlier.

Isn't it the rainy season? I thought Radon occurs naturally in soil and can come through a foundation and be potentially deadly. Once the rain dries out, the radon levels drop. Or something like that. My only knowledge is from my real estate agent regarding radon testing.

I think it would be a slow death with symptoms appearing before a person would be too ill to get help. I also think it would affect babies alot sooner than adults, so they wouldn't all die suddenly and simultaneously. JMO

Oh yeah, my 13 year old just got busted for doing the same thing. :furious:

And count me in with the head hurting and add head scratching.

Radon allegedly causes lung cancer. It isn't like cyanide or something that kills instantaneously.

Most poisons, like cyanide, cause some sort of obvious symptoms, like vomiting, foaming at the mouth, etc. that would have been noticed by now. Carbon monoxide causes the skin of the victims to turn bright red.

Interesting. I can't rule out another party being involved because leaving through that second floor window would be a breeze. IMO, they couldn't get in that way, but if they entered through the door then they should be on tape. If it was working and not a fake camera that is. Murder suicide is definitely possible. But why engage the chain and why clean up the crime scene and make sure there is no obvious evidence of a suicide? The window could have been opened if the heating system had one thermostat for the entire building. If your apartment gets too hot, your only option is to open a window...even in bad weather.
