I wonder if floors could have been sealed with some sort of varnish which was poisonous in a closed up home.

I am inclined to think, that if it was some sort of poisoning, it could be something they ingested, as opposed to something that was airborne.

Digitalis poisioning, some one put it in their drinks?

I am going to wait on the toxicology reports on this one. I think they should be able to tell the tale. While they are suspicious deaths, there is no clear cut evidence (at least, that LE has released) to lead me to believe there was actually foul play in that apartment.

If they were all poisoned, what would the motive be? It would make sense if there were any signs of a disagreement or a note left behind by the perp. You would think someone going to the trouble of killing 3 other people and him/herself would want to leave a message of some kind. Maybe LE hasn't found it yet tho.

It would have to be something everyone would consume, even the baby. The case I mentioned in my first post in this topic, the baby was given some of the poisoned coca cola, and the only people who didn't die either didn't have any coke because they drank diet, or didn't drink much.

I recall that case. I was thinking more along the lines of accidental poisoning. Say, food poisoning, or some sort of fluke (i.e., food that had been contaminated with, say, a pesticide or something).

Winteryns. It's archived. Since it's old you may not find alot on it. Not to throw more in the game here everyone, but............ There's that Beachum fellow in Virginia Beach. Now we find he's the ID King. Testified and all. You need a fake or alias that's your boy. Well, he is also a movie dude. Like an actor and he edits films and all. Interestingly enough his latest film called "Consignment" is about drug dealers and hiding out to save the wife or something "THE PLAN WAS TO GET IN AND OUT FAST" is what it says about the movie. I have serioous doubts this Beachum dude would be out climbing in windows in Chester, but the film was released only on 11/13/07. He also has "Jackin4beats.com". Again probably got nothing to do with all this, but he's got that all on Myspace, and all over the net.

I agree that LE will tell the tale, but not confident who the cast is-

I think you will eventually hear that Mother and son were murdered and the couple overdosed, probably intentional. I have heard that both Lindsay and the baby were last seen sleeping. I think the male or even both the male and female tried to engage her in some sort of sexual activity which she resisted or somehow else went bad and she was killed, probably strangled. The noise attracted the baby and he was (wow this is sad) smothered to keep him quiet. LE says the place was "neat and orderly" which makes me think TOO neat and orderly. Like it was cleaned up and when they realized the gravity of their crime, they killed themselves. Or one killed both of them. Or they accidentally killed themselves, which seems unlikely since if they intended on staying alive, they'd have left the place.

I don't believe anyone jumped from a window, too high and concrete below. There were cameras-all entrances and exits would be recorded. So a jumper would have been seen entering but not exiting. Maybe the couple figured that out too-hence the suicide.

Also, I don't belive they will release the cause of death until they have the cause for all four. I think they alreday know what killed the mom and baby.

Indi-can you weigh in on whether or not the murder of Delores and John Michael Bryant are related to this case's JMB?
Also, I don't know if the pic of Michelle was recent, but if it were, and I say this respectfully, she did not appear to be drugged out or lacking nutrition as you would expect someone homeless or with a serious drug addiction.

I agree. I think the police are holding back info from the press.

I also find it strange that only John Bryant's brother has spoke out about this and nobody else from his family or Michele Fynes family has spoken out to try and find out what happened.

I think it is safe to say that both Michelle and John Michael were wrestling with drug issues, as are many, many people in this country. Since they were looking for a place to live, it is apparent that their families were not available to help. Most likely they exceeded the favor threshold from families and friends and the newly rekindled friendship with Lindsay was a stroke of luck on their part.
