Parietal bone fragment found along railroad tracks in Macungie, PA (Lehigh County). Identified as Female.

Frances Kiefer missing since 1984 from about 10 miles away. Her car was found near a railway trestle in Bethlehem City. There was an unproven confession to her murder but no remains located. Could she have been dumped on a train and then someone remains fallen out elsewhere onto tracks?
