He is 6’0″, 215 lbs., brown eyes and white hair. He was last seen wearing a black “DC33” jacket, black jeans and black shoes. He was last seen driving a 2017 Kia Forte Pennsylvania tag #LTJ-6398. He likes to frequent the area of South Street.
