Pittsburgh police ask for help in locating missing man needing medical attention

Police said Lofland has scars on both arms. He is missing a front tooth.

Lofland was last seen in the Glen Hazel area of the city of Pittsburgh wearing a black and yellow Steelers jacket, a red baseball cap and a black and red backpack, according to police.
