Found Deceased PA - Norman Rossey, 29, Meadville, 20 April 2017

Meadville Police are hoping to get tips on the disappearance of a 29-year-old man whose family says they haven't seen or heard from him in days.

He's described as being about 5'6 in height and 120 pounds. Rossey was last seen on an orange and gray mountain bike wearing a black pull-over.

Friends and family members of Norman Rossey Jr., 29, are expected to conduct a search Friday for him.

Rossey last had contact with his family on April 15 and a missing person's report was filed with Meadville Police Department April 20, according to Rossey's sister, Shelly Trypus of Meadville.

There's not an active police search because Rossey is an adult and isn't wanted by authorities, Tautin said.
