Following. She has a recognizable face so she should be easy to identify. MOO.

I will continue to scour Missing Persons postings. She was found with a bag tied to her from a store that is only in California. Might be a clue, or she might have gotten at a thrift store somewhere else. Perhaps she was transient and nobody ever reported her missing. She has NO tattoos which is actually really helpful in weeding people out- it's pretty rare these days. This case has been on my mind since I saw the the post shortly after she was found. Will keep searching...

I swear her mouth looks off kilter as if someone punched her. I realize that could also be from lying on the ground on that side or hitting something in the river.

I know, I can't help but wonder if this was noticable in life or a consequence of being hurt prior to death or being in the water. I know that being in water can distort features. And were her teeth broken already? Also...the bag... I feel like most people don't really tie bags to themselves. Why would someone do that? Maybe a traveller or transient person?

That Oakville Grocer bag is no run-of-the-mill bag, either. That's a high end, "boutique" style grocery store in wine country.

Edit to Add: RLx brand sportsbra is no cheap workout wear, if I'm reading Namus correctly. That's Ralph Lauren's workout wear line.

I've never tied a bag to myself. I wonder what exactly this means? Did she put rocks in it and jump?

And it may have belonged to the perp, not the victim. It could have had something in it to weigh the victim down.

NamUs doesn't mention foul-play or cause of death so every possibility is still possible. I'm stuck on why the bag was tied to her. It has to mean something...

A cinder block? Idk ... I figure it must be relatively small to be described as a lunch bag vs a shopping bag. You'd think if you needed to weigh someone/yourself down, you'd choose something easier to work with? And the phrase, "tied to her" vs "found with her" (or something less descriptive) seems odd.

I have been following Andrea's case since the beginning.

I actually knew someone whom she worked with on a case re: a missing person's search and rescue.

At this point her family needs all the help they can get.

I do know those photo's of Andrea where several years ago or longer.
At the time she was reported missing,
Andrea had physical changes in weight, age, a rather horrible beat down in life appearance.

MOO though as Andrea has been missing long enough she could now have a drastic change in weight.
Possible weight loss.
I think Andrea at time of disappearance had all her teeth.
And no connection to CA.

I think the evidence of tied bag and sports bra. Leads me to believe she possibly had healthy teeth before this tradgy. I just hope there is a viable trail to follow to her ID.

I really hope she receives dignity.

I checked into this and Andrea's PI who is on her case, has been notified several days ago. Also it is my opinion that her sister has stated its not Andrea. I will keep checking but JMO small small chance. Alot of talk about it on finding Andrea page. That it is not Andrea but I have no link either way yet.

On Facebook, Finding Andrea Knabel, Andrea’s sister says it’s not Andrea. But, wow, the hairline, eyebrows, face shape, lips, all look spot on. Good find. I would be surprised if this unidentified wasn’t Andrea.

Everyone needs to remember that these pictures of Andrea are from years ago. It’s been said by her family and friends that she doesn’t look like this anymore. She had gained quite a bit of weight and gone through some pretty rough times. I briefly saw a recent pic of her on FB when she initially disappeared and I can tell you that I thought it was another person altogether until someone mentioned it was a recent photo and that the ones on her missing posters don’t look like her at the present time. I don’t think this unidentified is her. JMO.
