She is one of several Philadelphia Does whose NamUs profiles were modified yesterday.

As of today, "Fur Hat Lady" Jane Doe has been unidentified for 57 years. I think about her often. Her style of dress always stood out. I wish we had pictures of the exact articles of clothing she was wearing. She seemed to take great care of her appearance.

I really wish we could get an official updated recon of this Doe. It would be nice to get a better idea of what she looked like. I saw a user did an updated recon of her back in this thread that was great! I don't see it used on her Namus or DoeNetwork pages though. Is it because it's technically from an "amateur" artist? (the recon looked very professional and well done. Just using the technical term)

Regardless, even though it has been a long time, I still hope this Doe can be identified one day.

So long ago, same year and month I was born. Hope she gets her name back one day
