I bet! Stay safe. :)

Those must have been some good drugs in there.
Someone's perceived livelihood more important than shooting cops and going to jail, as it would seem.

And thanks... sad about any shooting, but I consider Philly my city, as we venture there often.

They are currently evacuating the little .
Now 9 officers hurt via WPVI ABC Philadelphia

Omg, my heart is breaking for all of the officers there trying to stop this madness.

Please protect them. All of their families have to be terrified how this could end for so many of the police officers there.

Seems the shooter isn't a very good shot. Thankfully!

I'm thinking there must be so many people unable to get to their homes. This happened right during the end of the work day. Families are likely separated, kids on their own, etc. Very upsetting to think about people scared, trying to find each other, etc.

Is there a place where LE is telling people to congregate or is there simply an order to stay away? IDK.

incident started about 4:30pm, 3.5 hours ago...

I was thinking the same as you, what a mess:

6 Philadelphia Police Officers Shot During Gun Battle In Nicetown-Tioga Section, 2 Officers Remain Inside Home With Suspect Barricaded On First Floor

"..Several blocks around the scene have been cordoned off. Most of North Philadelphia is in gridlock due to the police presence. ...

...SEPTA’s Broad Street Line trains are bypassing Erie, Allegheny and Hunting Park stations until further notice. The express trains will make courtesy stops at North Philadelphia station.

SEPTA bus routes 23, 53, 56, H and XH are currently on detour. ..."

Scanner is reporting a private drone is flying around near the area of the Philadelphia shooting

Wondering what benefit a drone provides when suspect is inside a building. Checking any possible escape route perhaps? Rattle the suspect? Maybe it can hover at the window and really shake him up. JMO

Peeking in the windows of the row houses?

Hmmm. I'm not too sure about that. He seems rattled enough, maybe?

That’s almost certainly the case.

Some curious person with a drone.

Everyone has them these days, and this is the type of event where someone might think flying a drone is a good idea.

Spoiler alert: it’s a bad idea.
