Ok.... I'm a bit confused. Is this resolved? What is the person's name?

Two weeks is generally not enough time to get all the necessary paperwork and planning done for an announcement or press conference. We’ll know in due time (or won’t, because plenty of resolved cases never get updates at all).

Thanks.... wasn't sure if it was just me losing track throughout all the postings.

TheDoeNetwork page was updated in September 2022 to "Identified"

Maybe the family didn't want the name published.

It only says that because, like us already, they noticed the NamUs profile was taken from public view. That's why it says "per NamUs." There is no special knowledge on their end and that little notice doesn't mean anything significant (going back through some of the older ones, you'll also notice they're frequently wrong/were never updated after a person's name was publicly released).

Announcements can also take time too. This man found in Michigan in 1986 was identified 6 years ago, and his name was only publicly released last month. https://www.wlns.com/jackson/1986-homicide-robert-stuewe/
