The police report of the steamy car incident wasn’t written until like a year after it happened. Someone walked into the police station and requested the info and were handed the entire packet. Personal, identifying info and all. From there, it was sent by email to many people, including media outlets and her employer. from what I’ve heard,it was disbursed to friends as well. This release of info was meant to destroy her. I share many mutual friends with Rachael and one claims to have been one of the recipients.

Sheldon Jeter Jr., who was found in a vehicle with Rachael DelTondo when he was 17, is the subject of a search warrant applied for by Aliquippa Detective Capt. Ryan Pudik on May 14, court documents obtained by the Daily Mail and Beaver Countian show. Authorities are hoping to look through Jeter’s cellphone, call records and geolocation data for clues as they search for who may have killed DelTondo on Sunday night.

The documents stated DelTondo and her friend, the daughter of Aliquippa Sgt. Kenneth Watkins, had picked up Tyrie Jeter, brother of Sheldon Jeter Jr., Sunday night and went to an ice cream shop before returning to DelTondo’s home. The friend left to drop Jeter at home when DelTondo was hit by at least 10 bullets./////

So the "friend" didn't wait for her to get in the house? This definitely feels like a set up. Especially with the text messages.

He added that a woman, who he wouldn’t identify, then picked him up and dropped him at his mother’s house. His mother’s boyfriend then reportedly dropped him off at Jeter’s home at 10 p.m. -- however, police could not locate Jeter when reviewing surveillance video from the area.//////

If he was dropping people off, he obviously had access to transportation. Why didn't he drive himself to mom's house? And he wasn't seen on video?

I agree that this sounds like a set up. I am major side eyeing the friends she was with right before she was murdered, as well as the guy she was caught in the car with when he was a minor. If there’s corruption in the PD in this case, I would think it involves someone that’s on leave right now. JMO

Reading that transcript, I can answer in the affirmative that she had no children. She was also an only child. She lives on an extremely quiet street in one of the nicest, safest neighborhoods left in Aliquippa. Her residence is approximately 3~4 minutes away from I-376, which would help someone make a quick getaway towards either Pittsburgh or New Castle. She lives just off of Brodhead Rd, which is the main road. Brodhead would generally be very busy, but at that time on a Sunday night, traffic would be much, much lighter. I pass by her house every day on my way to and from work. Maybe tomorrow, I can walk it and show you some of the area so you can get a feel for the surroundings.

I was willing to give the benefit of the doubt to Officer Watkins because of his relationship with Rachael, but I’m not so sure now. I figured that maybe, in grief, he crossed that police line to get to her family, but... this is all so convoluted.

I am a couple of years younger than Rachael and cannot imagine hanging out with teenagers beyond spending time with teenage family members. Something about that is really bothering me. Wouldn't the ex fiancé be the most likely one who could get away with that given his connections there? Then again, maybe it was the one on leave right now. Then again, it could be the chief pupa who didn't want his dirty laundry being reported to the media and in the court. Someone wanted to destroy her life at that time. A bunch of somebody's were in on this murder. It was all to coordinated by the minutes. "Stay outside and take a walk until I get back?" No way that was a coincidence. I'm glad this is making national news. Staying high profile will hopefully keep the state on this case. ....I also think there must have been a payoff for those who participated. A substantial payoff. IMO.

It definitely isn’t normal. Honestly, it showed very poor judgment from a teaching professional. It was quite the bombshell when it was leaked that she was in the car with the 17 yr old. You must realize, not only was she a teacher, but she was living the high life with a very wealthy entrepreneur. We are talking trips to Paris. He bought her a white Range Rover, still parked in her driveway. Everyone was like...what??

Agree. Almost like it was a long-planned manipulative ploy of friendship ... who knows, at this point it's possible that the manipulation could have started by using the jeter kid to lure her to trouble - all with malicious intent. And paid to do so.

The last article I posted said this about Jeter, Rachael and the daughter of the LEO (LM):

The affidavit states that DelTondo, the female friend and Sheldon Jeter Jr 'were known to each other and considered friends'.

It also states that the three were linked by a prior law enforcement investigation by the City of Aliquippa police.

Which makes me wonder why LM was being investigated.

Very interesting. I can see this being the case. I've been a member here for a long time but I still can't get over how people think it is 'ok' for them to take the life of another. It still baffles me.

I'm thinking about Rachael's family. This is beyond awful. I pray everyone involved in this pays for what they did.

The attorney said DelTondo disclosed to Jeter that she was an informant in an ongoing investigation of the Aliquippa Police Department.

DelTondo had been preparing to testify before a grand jury within days, according to Santicola, who said he did not know what information the woman had. Police and prosecutors had no comment on Thursday.

In addition to Jeter's phone, the search warrant also lists khaki pants, shoes, a windbreaker and a hat. Those other four items are marked with a note that says they were collected "by consent."

The Beaver Countian has been covering Beaver County corruption for years. It’s the whole damn county. There have been many federal agencies investigating our courthouse and local police depts. our Mayor, Dwan Walker, has computers and stuff confiscated from his office. Our police department is a freakin joke! If you look up the Officer James Naim case, it may interest you. In a nutshell, naim was murdered and many believe by one of his fellow officers. A black man, known drug dealer was convicted of the crime, but NO ONE here believes that. Naim was secretly meeting with a reporter from the Beaver County Times when he was gunned down in Linmar while out on patrol. But there were always whispers of corruption, even before that. The latest screw ups by the dept make me just think they should dismantle it all together. They weren’t even authorized to access JNET until recently because they are constantly doing either dumb or corrupt things.

Detectives hunting the murderer of a teacher gunned down on her driveway searched the home Thursday of a man she was found with in a steamed-up car when he was just 17.

Cops removed bags of evidence from the home in Aliquippa, PA, after getting a search warrant which also covered Sheldon Jeter Jr's phone records.

Jeter, now 20, was 17 when he was found in a car with Rachael DelTondo in Feburary 2016. She begged cops not to tell her then fiance about the discovery.
