The family of Rae Ellen Devier, 34, of State College, expressed concern about her behavior following her mother's funeral on Friday in Forward Township, Allegheny County. Her family has been unable to contact her and is concerned about her well-being, police said.
Devier does not have a vehicle and is believed to be heading back to the State College area.
