"He knew we were here to testify and that we weren't going to be bullied anymore," said Norman Gundrum, 33, a former Milton resident serving a life sentence for a murder he committed at age 15, a few years after he repeatedly was sexually assaulted by Harclerode in his university office in the early 1990s, the report said.

Harclerode was never charged with assaulting Gundrum, but he paid the young inmate $25,000 in the late 1990s to settle a civil lawsuit, the Item said.

again, I would be so interested in knowing Ray's record for prosecuting sex crimes against children.

This is a hugely good question, and do not have an answer.

That is well south of where RFG was seen. It would be closer for him to take Route 45.

I've always been suspicious of RFG's trip to Lewisburg on 4-15-05. He COULD have been on 192 part of the time, then onto Route 45, or Route 45 the whole way (putting him closer to Harclerode, as some are now looking at). Certainly his 'time line', does allow for this.

RFG's cell call to PEF late on the morning of 4-15-05 ALSO allows him to have been on Route 45, as tower triangulation could allow for that. So, the Route 45/192 is entirely possible, as I see it.

If time had been more of a factor for RFG that day, one would certainly travel on Route 45 anyway. Just something that has 'bugged' me about RFG's trip to Lewisburg.

A witness saw him turning on 192. Granted, he could have turned and crossed back, but why go to all that trouble?

The 'Mini' had been seen turning onto 192 ... RFG could have been in the 'metallic' car, perhaps on Rt. 45. Remember, the cell phone is with RFG, not anchored to the 'Mini' (until later). I am just exploring the Other Possibilities here. The timeline is open enough, the route taken seems open enough, and it seems some of us are taking some note of this Harclerode character. I don't have a definitive idea here how this all goes together, just rummaging a few ideas.

Also, I missed the recent Investigative Discovery showing...is there a repeat I could reference ?

I'm no where near 80%. Low 50's at best. The violence against adults is a good point, however. All the other witnesses are still alive.

Committing sex acts with young boys NOT violent enough for you ?

No, because first of all, they are not adults.

Second, while there was coercion, there was no known physical restraint. Nobody claimed Sandusky threatened them with a weapon or held them down.

It is question of modus operandi.

hmmm, would he necessarily have to meet with H at his home...?

strange...everything is sort of flowy... weird info that sort of smells bad..

I was always curious about finding a laptop or hard drive in the river or on the bank...who the blankity would give a hoopin hollar about a hard drive on a muddy bank...

that does bother me too...

would you pick it up and give it to police?

did the finders know police were looking for that hard drive?

who are these finders and what is their connection to Ray?

who are these finders and what does the police report reveal about them?

The finders were a yound boy skipping stones and his mother. There were calls for anything found to be turned over to LE. Another hard drive was found, and turned over to LE, that was not a match to the laptop.

No physical restraint ? Seems to run counter to what a good Old Bear hug is all about.

No suggested that he raped anyone while bear hugging them.

what is bear hugging? sounds like Sandusky's way of saying it looked like sex when you saw me naked and holding that young boy around his chest and waist from behind...

but it was just a big old bear hug...

in the shower

naked

hugging

because this is when I have such an urge to hug whichever young boy I am currently showering with...

and those slapping sounds were just a towel snap.

A big old bear hug of a naked 11 year old boy (or girl) in the shower by Sandusky is called "open lewdness," and therefor "Unlawful Contact with Minor." :) Well, a lawyer would have little trouble convincing me that it was.

Right, just some good natured 'horsing around' ... don't tell anyone about this, or ELSE !
