I second that. I hope that 2008 can bring some closure for everyone involved.

Thinking of Richard and Danielle as another anniversary of their disappearance approaches.

I hope that this year brings the families closer to the justice they deserve.

  • #83
Thank you But why are you doing this

  • #84
By the way, where is Jersey Girl. And why did we change this thread.

  • #85
They create new threads when the originals get very long.

I'm still here, DMV. I hope you're all holding up. I can't believe that this much time has passed with nothing. I truly can't believe it.

  • #87
Thank you But why are you doing this
People here want to help and need to be objective in doing so. I read this thread with great interest early on. I am sad to know nothing has come about on this case towards finding them, but maybe different avenues of research and leads have to be explored to get to the truth of what happened.

DMV, I hope this is the year that Richie and Danielle and those would loved them finally find some justice and hopefully some answers to what really happened. I still cant believe that they are still missing..and are terribly missed by those who loved them. my prayers that this is the year that there are some answered prayers.

All,

Firstly, thank you so much for continuing the support. God Bless each of you. Secondly, I will provide a "read between the lines update":
  • The FED's say they know a lot. someone knows but is very reluctant to talk :behindbar They are shaking people down north of here.
  • But they still have dots to connect :waitasec:
  • There were a few grand jury hearings. I am sure you know the purpose of the grand jury tactic. If not let me know.
  • There is great fear of retaliation for talkig.
  • My cousin and Danielle will never be able to be recovered. And again, the truck is a hunk of metal. Never to be recoverd.
This is really a case of waiting for somone to break down.....one brain cell at a time. I can't imagine any hell worse then walking around knowing everyone knows its you who did it. Except of course to sit in a small cell 4-ever and ever and ever and ever...

vengence is mine said the Lord. It's in God's hands now folks.:innocent:

...is there anything we can do to speed the process up?? i mean, of the brain cells breaking down.........???????????? seriously.

  • #91
If you have access to the FBI you may want to learn from them what other forms of "legal pressure" one can excert to speed up the process. Other then that...we are at the FBI's and the police's mercy. I know it sounds strange, even though this case is old as dirt by most standards, they are still actively working it. Well at least that is what they are telling Richie's family. Personally, I think they dont know Jack *&&^. But they say they are on it, they know who, what, where, and the why...

Thank you, again. I don't want to say anymore as I still fear for my life. The people that did this are WICKED, EVIL, and, outcasts of society. Kinda like skin head radical white supremist kind of people. And dont forgot, the conspiracy can go deeper. Folks close to the "primary suspect" are in law enforcement. I am a firm believer in the conspirecy that people protect thier own. read between the lines....

the end from dmvpennchangeagent.

I am sorry. did I scare you all away?

dmvpenn-
I haven't posted on this thread, but have been reading it all along. Your last couple posts really say a lot and none of it is good. I'm so sorry for your family. You are right, God will have the last say on this.

If I may ask, how do authorities know that they can never be recovered if they have not connected the dots as to what exactly happened?
If they were in fact killed aren't their remains somewhere?

While I respect your curiosity, they Feds know they are dead and were killed. They have known that fact. If you understood the complexity of the FED's and the what you can an cant say, you can appreciate what I am trying to communite. The "bodies" cannot be recovered. That does not mean they have not found pieces. But are decomposed. You cant have a funeral with teeth. They supposedly know what happened, how it was done and who done it. As I said, I fear they are giving us lip service about some aspects of this case.

But... connected the dots has nothing to do with the remains. It has to do with connecting actions and getting confessions for people to effectively bring the case to prosecution. If they go to trial with any missing evidence... they cant go back. And I am not allowed to say what they did say they know because they don't want to jeaprodize the case and they want to protect us from saying things that can cuz law suits.

The law has very strange intricacies that allude common sense as we know it. We know there was MOTIVE, there was history, there was opportunity. The evidence, albeit circumstancial, provides indictors of many things. Crap shot in a court of law that the feds and US district attorney are not willing to take.

Personally, I think they need to press hard Daneille's so called friends. They know all of her history and the folks closest to her. The dots will get connected and the truth will come out. The FEDS said what they know, the rest is speculation. and without some one freaking out and coming clean about what they know....it is all speculation. But... a truck was crushed, the Feds know it. Why hasn't the persons that crushed the truck churped? I know why... it is obvisous to me. The same obvisious reason no one else is churping.

Thank you for answering my questions. I read through what is on crime library as well as the older thread on this case.
This sounds like a professional hitman or hitmen got them and those that know anything are very much afraid to talk.

DMV Penn.. I am sorry to hear all that has been written lately.. as much as I hope for some closure the reality of that knowledge for you, the families and friends must be incredibly difficult. I cant imagine how hard that must be to realize your worst fears are a reality especially for your cousins daughter. However that being said one can only hope that some one's concious finally gets to them and they "chirp".. its the only closure that will come and to be honest these are 2 people who deserve to have justice.. to have it known without a doubt that they did not deserve this nor did they run away or disappear. ( I know those closest know this but for those others out there who didnt know them personally..) my prayers to you all that that day comes ..soon

The truth is out! I can't Spell.
I can say with certainty that the most horrible horrible horrible reality is for first, Richie's daughter. Poor thing. He raised her for God sake. And his mom, dad, and sister, and best friends... just awful.

I think one can't have a concious if one does something like this. The only fear is selfish, that of getting caught. The psycho path can is just like Scot Peterson. There are 50 ways to leave your lover...murder is not one of them.

What has moved me and my family the most, is that strangers continue to raise the voices of those who can longer raise them for themselves. God bless you all for you effort.

6abc.com: Petrone and Imbo case still unsolved 2/01/08

Abilene's Bar and Restaurant is history now, but three years later the 100-thousand dollars in reward money for information leading to arrest and conviction in this case still stands. In fact, eligibility has been expanded. It now includes anyone who provides information leading to the discovery of Petrone and Imbo's whereabouts...

The Petrone's continue to operate the top shelf bakery their son used to run for them hoping someone will soon make an anonymous phone call to the Citizen's Crime Commission at 215-546-TIPS.
