Setting up an insanity defense? He knew where the cameras were. He figured on a Port Richmond neighbor dropping his name as well. JMO

I'm unable to prove or link so I'll just say maybe he exhibited other loud behavior on Broad Street.

Senseless this beautiful, young, girl so horrifically murdered. I'm so sorry.
