If I was a betting man, I would put my chips on spatial disorientation.

JMO

Personally, I think, six people plus medical equipment plus oxygen tanks…perhaps uneven weight distribution to start with, and then, as it has been said, oxygen on board ignited.

The videos I have seen of the crash, the plane does not appear to be on fire before impact. I think some of the videos are just amplifying the plane's lights and making it very bright. There is a video I just saw for the first time that shows the plane coming down from the side and so you don't have those glaring lights. The plane does not appear on fire in anyway. But it goes in to the ground like a dart.
In the door bell cam video, you can hear the engines running at what sounds like full speed. That would make a plane go into the ground like a dart.

The plane looks to be intact and doesn't look to be on fire when it comes out of the clouds.

You can see the flash of the navigation light just after it comes out of the clouds, before it hits the ground.

The second video on this link I think shows well that the plane is not on fire prior to the crash.

IIRC the airplane was registered in Mexico.

Mexican citizens, suing a Mexican company, for an accident that happened in the USA. I wonder how that will work out.

I was thinking the same thing. I think so far that all the parties are residents of Mexico.
