NamUs #UP114250
To date, there are no exclusions listed in NamUs for this UID.
The clothing really stands out to me. How does someone dressed so formally (presumably for some kind of event or a job) go missing and not get reported? I bet the answer to that question would hold a lot of promise for identifying this poor soul.
What I've seen a lot lately, though, is that NamUs doesn't necessarily list exclusions even if they have been made. I don't know enough about the system to understand that. I reached out to NJ State Police about a possible match between a UID and a MP, and they said the match had already been excluded. But there was nothing noted in NamUs on either person's case.
So regarding this UID person, LE may have already done testing without advising NamUs. It's frustrating that there are so many caring people out here, trying to match up these cases but unable to get even basic information on so many of them. (Please understand that this is NOT meant to be a criticism of LE. I'm sure there are reasons why the info isn't out here in public view. I'm just frustrated.)
