One video, which is still available on X, shows her dropping a frog into a pot before eating it. She is seen holding the ears of a rabbit with a knife in a screenshot from another YouTube video. Another screenshot from a YouTube video shows her grabbing a duck

None of these reports are very clear and I'm not familiar with her content. Was it some type of cooking show? Was she killing these animals to cook and eat them? If so I think that might be a big difference from torturing them. I'll reserve my judgements until we get more information.

Disagree!
article above stated the videos were done with sexual tone so most likely a fetish video. Although killing animals for cooking and eating happens, you are not allowed to torture them before killing. Has to be done in a humane way, not dragged out for likes.
The reports are very clear to me that this is some kind of sexual torture killing and eating fetish video that is monetized.

Right, according to this, she was "scantily-clad" in most of the videos:

Anigar Monsee, 28, ran a YouTube account where officials say she posted videos of herself in “scantily-clad” clothing killing rabbits, chickens, frogs and pigeons.

In the videos posted over the last year, Monsee could be seen slowly disemboweling and mutilating the animals while they were still alive, and sometimes severing the animals' necks with a dull knife for several minutes, according to the affidavit.

Police say Anigar Monsee, 28, of Upper Darby, admitted to torturing and mutilating living animals.

"During the video," he says, "she is soliciting more likes and more viewers. And once she gets to the point where she is satisfied with the number of viewers, she then proceeds -- over the course of 10 minutes -- to harm and ultimately kill that chicken."

In the other videos, the suspect is seen doing the same thing to a pigeon, a rabbit, and several frogs.

Other clips posted last August and September allegedly showed Monsee dismembering several frogs and plucking a live pigeon’s feathers before running the bird’s head under scalding water and then sawing it off.

In a fourth video, which lasted 30 minutes, Monsee is accused of using a “dull knife” to torture a rabbit to death, police said.

I have read enough about this woman at this point to know two things:

1) this wasn't anything to do with meal prep and everything to do with her being a disgusting cruel attention seeking piece of filth.
2) This woman should never be trusted around small children and I hope she not only has none but never does. MOO

As soon as i see the words 'cruelty to animals' my blood boils.
I hope this woman develops a nasty terminal illness.

It’s horrifying that there are people who would “like” her video so they could see her torture animals!

Is there something unclear about this description?

Videos of the torture were posted to YouTube, The Delco Times reported, saying that the account was called “Motherndaughter” and showed “a scantily-clad woman torturing rabbits, chickens, frogs and pigeons by slowly disemboweling and otherwise mutilating the animals while still alive, and/or by severing the struggling and screaming animals’ necks with a dull knife.”
