Police ID woman found decapitated inside home in Philadelphia's Lawndale neighborhood

A suspect has been arrested. He is the partner of the woman, with a long history of domestic disturbances involving family members.

She called him names, so he decapitated her. Of course.

Ahmad Shareef will get a mental evaluation even before he stands before a judge. I will try to follow this case, but I expect a very lengthy delay. I hope I'm still alive when justice is finally done.
