Endangered Missing Person Zaire U. Southerland From the 35th District – Blotter
The Philadelphia Police Department needs the public’s assistance in locating a 21-year-old endangered missing person Zaire U. Southerland. He was last seen on Saturday, September 2, 2023, at 10:00 A.M., on the 59XX block of North Opal Street.
He is 5′ 11″, 215 lbs., medium brown complexion, heavy build, brown braided hair, brown eyes, tattoo on right arm “BSSV”, tattoo on left arm of “Wings” Grandma and was last seen wearing a white t-shirt, black/gray jeans and white New Balance sneakers. He is known to frequent City Hall or Broad Street and Olney Avenue.
