depends on how it ends. will it force the hospital to change policy or to actually follow policy they already have? the baby's body should have been checked into the morgue not just dropped off. when laundry is collected in the morgue it should be checked to make sure it does not contain body parts at the very least for the public health. what will force the hospital to show reasonable care? why change the way they behave if they do not face a penalty? if they are just going to do the right thing because it is right we would not be in this position to begin with.I agree that it adds insult to injury.....
However a lawsuit is a looong drawn out process which in many cases only serves to relive the trauma..
I am not defending the hospital but I question if suing is really needed.
