Here you go:
This was new to me. Stanton says that the neighbor saw the lights were still out at 11:30, so it's assumed nothing could have happened before then?
STANTON: So the last we have her going to bed on the timeline was 10:30, where the friend is leaving. She sees the lights go out. Friend`s next door, at 11:30 she goes in. She sees the lights are still out.
BEHAR: That`s right.
STANTON: So we can fairly assume nothing happened up until 11:30, right? She`s passed out.
BEHAR: Right.

Prior to Stanton's comment, the neighbor left at 10:30 and saw the lights off shortly after (no time given or estimated). Then, it was mentioned by one of Debbi's team last week on a talk show that it was sometime between 10:30 or 11:00 pm the neighbor left (sorry, can't find link so regard this as unsustantiated). Imo, feels like the last time Lisa was seen got much earlier in the night when Debbi dropped the 10:30 pm check-in on Lisa, and now the supposed window of opportunity for Lisa to be taken is getting smaller? Curious to me, JMO...
