IMO,they worked out a deal with Baca in advance and that is why they didn't appeal the sentence. They knew that Baca would let her out but they did not bank on the judge getting pizzed off.

And man, Judge Sauer (sp?) was/is pizzed.............also at Harvey Levin

Absolutely. I 100% believe it was orchestrated in advance. It was all planned out and it backfired.

If she appeals, will they let her out while the appeal is pending? Some places do, some don't.

LOL, that's probably why the judge mentioned TMZ when they said it was going to be over the phone. Maybe THAT'S why she was arrested, on judge's orders because it had gotten out or he wasn't aware of those preconceived plans.

TMZ stood by their initial report and said they were told by someone from the courthouse.

Ahhhhh........their plan was foiled. Poor Paris. :loser:

IMHO, her parents almost treated it like a lark this morning when they passed all the papparrazzi following the police cars and as the parents pulled along side the police car the parents waved to their 'little angel.'
