well, now that the LASD has undermined the judge TWICE, he is not happy. There are probably people trying to talk him down right now.

the more I think about this, the more I wonder if he is going to send her to a med facility. I think the Sheriff blew it for not releasing her due to overcrowding. That can be legitimized. Med issues are not handled by release. This judge is really really mad and, as BUzz said, he is known as the "hanging judge"

Well this is what it is all about now. LA County Judges are frustrated with their limited power as it is. To be undermined so publicly was the last straw for this judge. he is going to push it as far as he can..but I do not know how far that is. Political forces at war in LA; with it coming to a head over PARIS HILTON ..dear Lord!
