I couldn't get the above link to work.
The granny is a logical choice since it may very well be that she's been the one caring for him the most so far but given that not one but two of her grandchildren (how many are there?) were just arrested for drug trafficking they might want to consider if the family culture supports children's growth into law-abiding citizens.

FOX is reporting that those arrested will go in front of a judge this morning.
There will be an emergency hearing in Putnam Co. this morning to determine custody of JR. TN thinks the judge will grant custody to Ron's grandmother. It is in the video at the link below.

twall link is not working for me...

Personally, IMHO neither TN or GGMS deserve to have custody of Ron Jr but WHY GGMS? IMHO, she hasn't proven to be such a good role model.. And WHY doesn't TN step up to the plate since afterall it is her grandson instead of placing the responsibility on her own mother to raise another child........JMO

IMO, this has been going on longer than a month and Ron and his crew finally got caught up. I believe this is what LE was waiting on and that's why Ron and Misty seem to get away with all that other stuff. Go LE. Just when I was about to give up...

You might be right, suspicious. Never mind a dead rat when there are bigger fish to fry.

It might be that the way everything else seemed to slip gave them some false security and they got cocky. It's pretty amazing to me how they thought they could get away with drug dealing long after the possibility had been discussed on national TV.

Absolutely, donjeta. Ron and his crew got way too cocky and I think it was all part of LE's plan. Now that Misty is 18, she too can do the hard time.

Lock all of them up......FOR LIFE. Ron said he would give his life to get Haleigh's life back. Here's his chance.

Where's Haleigh?

I think one of these players set this whole thing up......My bets are on Hank Jr. His bond is also the lowest of them all.

If that was true, why any bond?

Sometimes that is just how it works. If they didn't arrest him and give him a bond, the rest of them would suspect that he was the one who set the whole thing up. Kind of like protecting him from suspicion.

That's true. LE seems is being very sneaky in trying to catch these people...and I love it!!!

But it could also be Ron who set it up with the higher bond to make it look as though he was in it up to his eyeballs to take off suspicion, don't you think? Other sluethers have pointed out many times how charges seem to slip right off of him. IMO he may be an informant.

Donada, you might be right. At this point I really don't care who set this thing up, I want to find out what happened to Haleigh. Let's keep our fingers crossed.

With Misty's bond set so high, it is sure to keep her there for quite awhile giving time to finally be grilled. I think HC, HS, and DB are just icing on the cake.

ITA Donada! Misty should start talking now and I mean - RIGHT NOW.

Finding Haliegh is the ultimate goal and whoever has to be taken down doesn't matter at this point I agree whole heartedly! It is time for this to end and this baby needs to be at peace be it at home or in her resting place. Her family has been through a horrific time not knowing and I cant' even imagine what that is like. It disturbs me to no end how someone can know what happen with this child and not tell. They say that Misty holds the key, but now I think the tables have been turned and now LE is the true keyholder. I'm just waiting to hear who will take emergency custody of JR, I think this will be very telling in this case.

God bless LE. God bless Haleigh.

Ronald had been so extremely lucky in the past with his long drug record and not doing time for it. Add these new charges to the record and he is a habitual offender.

His past drug arrests will go against him in a big way. I am hoping he gets the max on this.

Little Jr. should be with his Mom, IMO. I hope that happens really soon.

They should have been real hard on Misty a long time ago.I feel she knows exactly what happened to little Haleigh.

I posted this on one of the other threads, but I love this department. They are incredibly tenacious and fortunately the Cummings/Croslin gang is easy pickings since they prefer to work outside the law.

Maybe it's got something to do with the ratgate too....
