Also you claim she was scooped off the mattress by someone in a striped shirt, but it wasn't Ron C..Have you ever thought it could be another member of his family?
BTW...I saw Ron C in his first plea interview and he had on striped shirt... Not saying it was him but he does own a striped shirt...JMO

And IIRC the LVA test revealed Haleigh was never put to bed that night, so who scooped her up if she wasn't there? And since Ron C has lied so much last thing I would ever do is take him at his word. JMO

I thought that myself when RC was on the TOday show wearing a striped polo shirt....that was not it.

I already told LE a day or so after she went missing..... Do I care if people laugh....not one bit..... I did not ask for the dream and the contents.

Chester I was laughing at the thought of someone seeing your post, thinking you witnessed this first hand and running to LE. I read the dream thread, not everyone does.

None of these characters have the sense they were born with..... I look at them all and see the old commercial with the egg and frying pan... this is your brain on drugs....

JMO...RC and MC are made for each other.....they use/used each other...... If he thought for one instant SHE had killed his daughter he would have wasted her.... I am not like these people so I can not think like them. I am taking him at his word he married her to get info out of her....

Everyone is entitled to their own opion.... I think they ALL deserve to be in jail for drug trafficking....and once MC cracks and tells the whole truth that is when we ALL will no "her so called TRUTH".... and it hopefully will lead to Haleigh.....

I really do not care about all the bs these guys throw at each other..... I believe RC is a lot of things and as for the way his family acts.... blows me away beyond words. All I know is I SAW HER BEING SCOOPED off the mattress and it was not RC..... the sexual assault I saw was real....and when the TRUTH comes out all the people MC saw in her "dream state"....will rot in he77.

I know they said Haleigh overdosed on oxycontin.But I personally have felt there may have been sexual assault also.But I believe little Jr that he saw a man in black take Haleigh.

lots of cases have been tried on only circumstantial eveidence even without a body...but i guess they don't have enough and don't dare risk charging them if they can't get a conviction...i am just afraid that it will go on and on like this...

I think soon as someone "CRACKS" with the accounts of the alibi's the truth will be revealed and she will be found. And then LE will be able to make the PROPER arrest.

What's interesting, to me anyway--is that RC and MC seemed to KNOW the same people...and MC had a much smaller time frame to meet peeps and probably knew far fewer than Ron as he has been in that area for quite a while...its just a tough call MOO JMO IMO etc...

I completely agree with LE that while Misty has provided a high-level sketchy story she has not provided the level of detail that would make it credible - together with verifiable evidence from the MH, etc.

It is clear that Misty is telling some cover-up story by rote. It is hard to go much further than Misty because she was the person in charge of HaLeigh who had control and can provide clues as to what happened next.

Like Casey A with Caylee, she was key how Caylee left her charge -- and it all pointed back at KC.

Why is Misty not willing to tell everything that she knows? Why is Ron willing to act as a cover for Misty -- warning her with a text about DB?

Misty and Ron know a LOT and until, if ever, they are willing to tell what they know then you cannot take the next logical step as to someone else who may be involved.

If Misty and Ron are so determined, after one full year NOT to provide LE any help in locating HaLeigh then you have to wonder why -- and wonder what role they had? To me, it is damning.

I personally do not accept blaming anyone else until both Misty and Ron FULLY cooperate with LE and I believe that they have not, nowhere near. They have a lot to hide and, like OJ --- those with a guilty conscience tend towards criminality and end up in jail on lesser crimes.

I keep thinking LE counted up the dirty dinner dishes and there was one missing. Either dirty plate or thrown away paper plate. They can tell by DNA which person ate on each plate.

Exactly!!

That says to me, Misty considers the person she is covering for far more important than bringing HaLeigh home or any justice for HaLeigh.

If she is frightened then she is frightened of someone close who threatened to kill the person who took HaLeigh..... repeatedly.

What is telling is that GGma Sykes states Misty loved the kids and the kids loved her but ..... something changed the weekend of the 3-day binge ---- drugs change people and they do things they'd never normally do.......

This 4 words are very telling to me.

FDLE processed the crime scene.

To me it means whatever happened to Haleigh (my opinion I personally believe she is no longer among the living) happened in the home on 202 Green Lane. Why else would Ron and Misty not go back into the home? (besides the home being bugged by le theory)
These people aren't that smart-they had to of left something behind to indicate what happened.
