It was Misty and TN who said Joe stole Ron's gun.
It was Chelsea who said that Joe slept in his clothes.
It was Misty who said Joe picks locks and uses bricks.
Who said Joe was nervous ?

Come now - you have watched some of the jail house video tapes and heard Misty and Chelsea and TN all make erroneous statements.

Because these people say what you wrote - definitely doesn't mean it is anywhere near the truth.

Raisincharlie, how are you? You forgot to list GGMS coming by with clean laundry. Misty didn't say that either. GGMS stated it. Liked the way you covered all the other visitors. I wish we could get the same dates for the above events at least twice. I've heard that the gun was recovered on Feb. 10th. I've also heard that the fight about the gun either a week earlier or a night earlier. So many lies make it nearly impossible to come up with the timeline. Still waiting on the time that Ron showed up for work and how long he actually worked. LOL.

The simple answer - would you confess to harming, maybe killing, a 5 year old child and disposing of the body if you did it ? Given LE hasn't been able to prove it.

It never stated Joe was there with a friend. I know I asked you this before. Could you please provide a Link?

FWIW - all info re: that affidavit passed through one man's hands. It's possible it was more Big Top Entertainment and is not based on fact.

Misty was asked who all these people were that came by the MH.
She said Haleigh & Junior were out front playing with Tommy
and/or Timmy's kids.
GGMaSykes came by with clean laundry.
Cousin Joe & a friend stopped by.
The A/C man also stopped by.

BBM To my knowledge Misty has NEVER stated cousin Jo was there or with a friend that afternoon or that evening...
She claims Tommy was there with her two nephews and her niece..
She claims the AC man was there..

Those are the ONLY people she stated were there..She didn't even mention GGMS...
.. Until GGMS stated on the 19th of February 2009 that she went by there that night to drop off clothes...

She did say in her LVA test Ron C had invited cousin Jo over and both of her brothers were there but she doesn't say the visit was on the 9th of February..

Seriously? The gun was recovered the day after Haleigh disappeared? So Misty went back home to her parents and at some point RC called her and told her where to retrieve the gun? Who PUT that gun in the culvert and how did Ron know where to find it?!?! Did he get it out of the house prior to LE showing up? Did someone take it out and hide it for him? :banghead:

She states her brother and his three kids and the AC man.. Thats all..She doesn't even mention Ronald's grandmother was there...

BTW, in this statement PCSO either intentionally or just by unclear sentence structure kinda left it open as to it being Ronald Cummings who committed the foul play, IMO.

Quote from press release: "Evidence and information obtained during this investigation indicate a strong likelihood that Haleigh’s disappearance is the result of foul play by someone known to Misty Croslin and/or Ronald Cummings."

Sentence structure conundrum:

That and/or conjuction either reflects back to the prepositional phrase "foul play by...", such that we now read "foul play by ... Ronald Cummings"

---OR---

This conjunction expands the object of the preposition "someone known to Misty Croslin and/or Ronald Cummings".

Which way does PCSO mean this sentence to read?

Foul play: by someone known to Misty Croslin and/or
Foul play by: Ronald Cummings?

- or -

Foul play by: someone known to either Misty Croslin and/or Ronald Cummings?


I know I'm being picky, but even in carefully worded press release, there is still a crack in that Ronald Cummings as a prime suspect doorway. :waitasec::waitasec:

You are not being picky. You are being thorough and I don't blame you.
Maybe this will help:
The foul play was done by a person known only to Misty.
Or the foul play was done by a person known only to Ron.
Or/and it was a person known by both Misty and Ron.
Well that's my take on it.
Which also can mean the foul play was done by either Ron, or Misty or both of them since they know each other.

I think the 911 call was orchestrated also. But I believe the cover-up ideas came from TN. She is the only one who could think this through - or maybe GGMS.

If this is a multiple choice, I'll vote for TN as the ring leader on a cover up plan. She's probably had plenty of experience getting Ronald out of trouble in the past.

God knows I'm not new here, but lately I'm finding myself wondering just who did pick Haleigh up from school? I always thought it was Misty but there's so many conflicting stories now, just who the heck did pick up that child?

Az, I thought it was Misty too..Marlena on NG even revealed it was Misty one night last week on NG's show so what conflicting reports revealed recently has you thinking differently?
