Schreffler said police and then District Attorney Ray Gricar set up Sandusky. They had him go to the mother's house and they listened in. Schreffler said -- Myself and investigator Ralph Ralston from State College were hiding in restroom and bedroom and attempted to hear the conversation. After that, there was another plan to make another call to get Sandusky back to the house.
Accuser 6 had been interviewed by a psychologist and a counselor and Children and Youth police asked the counselor to make another call to Sandusky and they would eavesdrop. Schreffler said that Sandusky made the following statement I wish I could ask for forgiveness. I know I will not get it from you. I wish I were dead.

Amendola then asks what happened between the day the Accuser sent the text to Sandusky and today. The accuser answered In January 2011 a state police officer contacted me that this resurfaced. I told him I would cooperate with it. I started to go over it in my mind. I quickly realized -- my perception changed as an adult from a 13-year-old. This was inappropriate.
Amendola said but his perception hadn't changed in 2009 and he was an adult then.
Amendola asks -- Did police tell you there were other kids Mr. Sandusky had abused? Did your change in perception have anything to do with looking for some financial gain? The Accuser answered that his change of perception happened in January 2011.
On redirect, Accuser 6 stated -- I feel violated. I have gone through a lot of emotional roller coasters since then.

by WGAL6/14/2012 2:50:22 PM 10:50 AM
Amendola asked -- You didn't think anything happened that was inappropriate? Accuser 6 said -- No, I didn't. I didn't want to get him in trouble. I still wanted to hang out with him and go to the games.
by WGAL6/14/2012 2:49:52 PM 10:49 AM
Amendola asked -- Did he ever touch your private parts. Accuser 6 answered -- Not that I remember.
Amendola said -- He wasn't groping your private areas. Accuser 6 said No. I tried my very best not to look down.
Accuser 6 said -- I can't remember anything else after he lifted me up to the shower head.
Amendola said -- Did you think anything unusual happened that day? Accuser 6 said -- No it was just awkward.

He said Sandusky would take him to games years after. When asked what his mom thought of that, he said he thought his mom was trying to get Sandusky in trouble. Accuser 6 said -- I was very defensive. We were on different pages. I was a very small kid then.

Accuser 6 said more tickling occurred and he was told it was time to wash up ... put soap on my body. He said Sandusky told him to let him help with his back because he couldn't reach back there and Sandusky lathered the soap onto his back. Accuser 6 said at that point it escalated the uncomfortableness of it. Accuser 6 said -- at the same time I did not want to make him feel bad, awkward about it. Then he put his hands around my waist like this and lifted me up to the shower head get soap out of my hair. Last thing I remember. It was just kind of black.
by WGAL6/14/2012 2:44:23 PM 10:44 AM

Accuser 6 said -- Once I turned on the shower on the other side of the wall he said why don't you come to shower next to me, he had already warmed it up for me. I didn't want to but went over. He made a lot of jokes to make me laugh -- started to kind of tickle me.
by WGAL6/14/2012 2:40:52 PM 10:40 AM
Accuser 6 said he and Sandusky went to the gym. After the workout, Sandusky said its time to shower, rinse off. Accuser 6 said -- My immediate thought was I'm not even sweating. I didn't want to be awkward about it, so we left the gym area. I started to really get uncomfortable taking clothes off -- only my parents saw me like that. I put a towel around me and walked to the shower. He was already in there with a shower going. He had shower next to him going. I went to the left and turned on the shower across the room. I didn't want to be next to him in the shower. It felt really awkward.
