NBC News Dateline tonight on the disappearance of Ray Gricar

The NBC news program Dateline will air an hour-long show at 10 tonight featuring the disappearance of former Centre County District Attorney Ray Gricar and exploring any links to the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse case.

Gricar disappeared in 2005, and was declared dead earlier this year. His disappearance has never been explained. Seven years prior to his disappearance, he decided not to file criminal charges following a investigation into concerns about Sandusky showering with a young boy.

I don't think showing the lies were intentional is going to be an insurmountable task for the prosecution, particularly in the case of Schultz who was up to his eyes in that inbred Villages development deal.

Schultz is the one that testified to the grand jury that McQueary told him a 58 year old man grabbed the genitals of a 10 year old boy in the shower, but he (Schultz) didn't think that was a criminal violation. That alone will destroy his credibility to a jury.
