I also believe he will take the stand!!

yes it does. the question is how much. the jurors decied that. they ought to be able to figgure that one out without much help.

the idea that those tortured young men were anything but truthful is absurd. or all they all academy award winning actors?

how easy is it to fake inner turmoil on the stand, in front of a judge and jury and an innocent man and his supporters?

its not. its impossible actually that 8 young men could do it. absolutely impossible.

imo.

anyone believe its possible?

It doesn't weaken it a lot. You still have those letters, and they are creepy.

the dottie high five

we've all done it. we all know what it means.
its a sign of satisfaction, shared with another person, about something that both have just experienced.

think about that. is there ANY WAY dottie or anyone else could do a high five in that situation if they actually believed their spouse was innocent and was being railroaded?

imo she was elated her testimony was over without her lies being exposed. what else could she possibly be satisfied about, considering the real spot they are in?

I apologize; I'm coming in late. She high-fived him after her testimony??!?!?!

This is interesting (while we await word from inside)...

Guess we should get busy looking for ties to the players here....

Yep, and of course, they're draining the coffers. I'm sure board members will transfer directly WITH the money.

From what I know, they ought to be careful because it may become personal if they meddle and thwart these victims' ability to be compensated. I don't believe their lawyers will balk at the extra effort it will take to follow the money grubbers. jmo

Ganim's testifying.

oh yes,,,,and jerry and his supporters were all smiles...and the atty is out in the lot cracking sick jokes about children...they are one big happy family.

but THE JURORS ARENT LAUGHING.

imo they were so giddy because the state decided not to challenge dotties testimony, and they think thATs good for them. i think she was happy cause she wasnt pressed at all and she was relieved she got away with lies on top of lies. who wouldnt be? i bet she was nervous as hell up there, wondering if she would be challenged at any point, and when she wasn't, well, high five time. whew:(:woohoo:

i did it:rocker:

IS showing a supporter of Jer and Dot named Joyce being interviewed.

  • #753
Joyce says dottie is doing 'fair'.

Says Jer is wonderful. bleh

  • #754
Ganim is a defense witness, is that correct? I am missing her relevance to the defense...

  • #755
She high fived one of their supporters.:maddening:

It wouldn't surprise me if she eradicated his chances of a hung jury or acquittal right there with that one gesture. Juries can be influenced by things like that even though they shouldn't be.

I seriously cannot believe the stupidity of her. How does she think that looked to a jury which had just sat through testimony from people detailing sexual abuse, one of whom was in tears on the witness stand?

  • #756
When asked why she thought these boys were coming forward, Joyce rolled her eyes back in her head and replied in a high pitched voice, "Dollar Signs!"

  • #757
IS isnt aware that Ganim is testifying? wow....whats up? thye cant fihure that out? where u gettin yourt info JJ?I'd like to go there?

  • #758
joyce is an idiot..when asked a question that needs an answer if your gonna support jerry, its "I dont know" and that doesnt bother her a bit.

she smiles and looks around for another question.

Putting us back on track and in Jerry's own words:
Costas: "So it’s entirely possible that you could have helped young boy A in some way that was not objectionable, while horribly taking advantage of young boy B, C, D and E. Isn’t that possible?"

Sandusky: “Well, you might think that. I don’t know. In terms of my relationship with so many, many young people, I would guess that there are many young people who would come forward – many more young people who would come forward – and say that my methods and what I had done for them made a very positive impact on their life.

“And I didn’t go around seeking out every young person for sexual needs that I’ve helped. There are many that I didn’t have – hardly had any contact with who I have helped in many, many ways.”

Case closed imo.
