Perhaps, but normally the cleaning staff would receive a list of the people who have checked out for the day. Even if they were really busy on Sunday and didn't look at the check-out list, clearly by Monday and Tuesday there would have been a "reg flag" concerning this room.

Agreed. Based off our understanding of US hotels/resorts. We have no idea how "lax" hotels are in Peru. We just need more info on this area particularly.

I'm still of the opinion this is too much of a coincidence.

Early on JR pretended to befriend Beth and at one point told Beth that Natalie's body had been found. Beth raced to the location expecting to find her daughter. It's thought that this was a diversion to cover something that was happening in another location.

I don't know where everyone is getting their opinion that he murdered her in a rage??? Many murderers beat and stab their victims--doesn't mean they are in a rage. I've always thought that Joran was simply bad--very much like John Gardner. Remember that Joran's parents sent him to a psychiatrist because "he lied to them and stole his brother's cell phone". Right. His parents were educated. Who sends their kid for psychiatric treatment for such things?? No, there was more, much more to Joran's behavior than that--and that is why he was sent to a shrink at such a young age. This --his second murder--is evidence of that.

I just hope they catch him quick. Nancy was asking one of the panel members where JVS was getting money to hang out at all these resorts. Isn't there proof that he was setting up a prostitution ring (if this is not correct - mods please delete). If he was the leader, he would get a lot of money. Do you think he was trying to recruit this young lady, and she said a big fat NO and then he (allegedly) killed her.

Rumor has it, he took her car, with his blanket inside, dumped it 50 miles away. Inside the car was GHB wrappers.

I sure hope they pull his DNA off the body, and the coroner doesn't mess this one up. My only bad thought is - does daddy still have friends around that could compromise this case.

NG just brought up that his dad isn't around to protect him in the judicial process. Guest also mentioned biggest difference between Natalee and this case is this woman's body has been found in hotel room.
