Sorry, I have absolutely NO SYMPATHY for this guy and even less for his g/f.

This guy is a murderer and he get's what's coming to him.

His child is an innocent in all this, but will be better off if she NEVER has to deal with this man.

After her last visit three weeks ago, Van der Sloot handed Leidy a scrawled letter and asked her to sneak it out of the prison and hand it to the Dutch Embassy.

The letter, written in Dutch, is a cry for help asking the Dutch authorities to intervene and remove him from the 'inhumane' conditions at the prison.

Dutch Joran Van der Sloot, sentenced to 28 years in prison for the murder of Stephany Flowers, is about to become Papa. His wife Leidy Figueroa began labor yesterday.

So reported the european lawyer, Maximum Altez, "I have knowledge that you already started the pain and labor," said the lawyer.

Van der Sloot is detained since August in the criminal 'Challapalca Prison', in Puno.

I wish I could believe it was true though. IMO it's just another crock of Joran crap being fed to the media via his wife and lawyer to try to get him some sympathy and for the Dutch Embassy to put some pressure on Peru to move him back to his former "all inclusive resort". You know the one where he can gamble online, talk to his friends and relatives via cell phone, have sex with his wife, get lots of good home cooked food to eat and make lousy ceramic statues for his wife to hock on e-bay eventually so he can buy her that house he promised her.

The only real justice for both Natalie and Stephanie would be for him to stay right where he is until he dies. Hopefully sooner rather than later. And to never be able to have any contact with his wife and child again. That woman needs to give her head a shake and move on with her life. Joran does not love her, he's incapable of that. He is using her and now there is a second innocent child being brought into the insanity. Those poor children.
