I read they were captured on video entering the hotel together as well as leaving the casino together.

and really what difference does it make? We know they were both in HIS room. She was alive when she entered and dead when he left.

I'm trying to take everything this man says with the knowledge that english is not his first language. (never mind the fact that he's speaking at a time of unspeakable horror and heartbreak). I'm sure he meant something like he regrets giving her a charmed, rich life, everything was available to her, where she wanted for nothing and wasn't prepared for the dangers and evils in the world.

I've read every link and haven't seen hallway cameras mentioned. Or any video of Joran and the victim in the hotel. Just a human witness (employee).

Nor have I seen any mention of cameras within the hotel, but early on it was mentioned there were two human witnesses to them being there. One was a hotel employee and one was another guest of the hotel.

Its possible, that the 'story' that the poker blogger guy from SFGate retold, was about not someone with Joran, but a hotel guest witness that saw Joran and Stephaney. I just don't think what he 'reported' is reliable in any way.

Peru isn't the USA, where money can buy a great lawyer and fool jurors They still use common sense. IMO

Yep, he is screwed.
The state has very little to prove.
He is considered guilty when they charge him and he can prove he is innocent which short of him producing a person who admits to killing her he is not going to pull off. Everyone is looking for the holes that a US defense attorney would go after. It is a whole nother ball game over there.

I just feel so awful for her family. Could you possibly imagine what they felt when they went and Googled his name?? That had to be a horrible feeling.

The only time it was mentioned in the media was this afternoon, Phil Keating, reporting live from Peru said on Fox News that the hotel had cameras everywhere. He also stated that he and his camera person tried to gain access to the room (assuming he meant 309) and they were immediately caught due to the surveillance cameras and escorted off the property. But, he didn't exactly state how far he got and where the camera was located, he just said they were trying to get into the room.
