Bad reporting prob but they said her father is 48 and the brother who identified the body was 35.

VDS: he spoke to police, and denies killing her, but admits that he was with her in casino

ng bat found in hotel room with body

why would the family google his name?

  • #784
How can they mix up tennis racket with baseball bat, jeez!?

vandersloot is the perfect patsy. you could really get suspicous about this case especially the fact, closed casket, buried so quickly, only one brother seeing body. i wonder who owns the hotel. perfect set up for doing a disappearing act.
I know i read too many mystery books. imo

No, you don't read too many mystery novels. None of this is sitting right with me, either. And the feeling is growing by the hour.

JeanC: Your family knows t owner of the casino?
Ricardo: Yes, that's correct.
Ricardo: the owner gave my father t name VDS

How did the casino have his name if he was not in the tournament? Do you have to register to watch?

Now the brother on NG said he is the one who id ed the body.

NG show: JC talking with Ricardo again, and it was he who identified Stephany's body. She had been a third year student a the University of Lima. Ricardo: "she sacrificed her life to put this killer in jail".

I kind of doubt it. Too many things don't fit:

JVS disappears from the hotel immediately, and goes on a run for thousands of miles across two countries

Taxi drivers say JVS was worried he was being followed by LE

Stephany discovered by hotel employees two days after JVS goes on the lam

Her family is obviously very distraught, it would be difficult to fake that level of emotion

Its tempting to theorize, some aspects of the case are unusual.

My father, brother, enrique and I went to the casino. (video)
Yes, I am the one that identified my sister's body.
We are now still proud of her - she sacrificed her life to put this killer in jail! - Wow!

by the picture on the survelliance I gather.

This is making less sense to me with each media report and every passing hour.

In early days (my 20's), ran into a few guys who were not born and raised in the city (though now living here), and remember asking one or two, why they kept a bat under their beds. LOL And none were involved in any illegal activities. Just considered it a form of protection in case someone entered in middle of night.

I can relate to that! My hubby kept a sawed off bat in the drawer of his nite table for the same reason.

We need the mystery man on the survelliance interviewed and pronto!

Right. Remember the Redskins' football player that was killed in a couple of years ago? When he heard someone breaking into his home he reached under the bed and got a baseball bat. Too bad the intruders had guns.

Feeling the same way...believe me I want justice served for the crimes this man has committed (including human traficking) but I do not want him being some other murderer's scapegoat! This is all very strange!!!

Peru: judges are career-employees
Peru: not guilty without a doubt>preponderance of the evidence

I agree with you completely.
