Australia Australia - Pheobe Bishop, 17, failed to board a scheduled flight from a Queensland Airport. Last seen Airport Drive, Bundaberg, 15 May 2025

Sounds like a plane ticket was purchased to make it look like she'd left of her own free will. Very disturbing details about the house and dogs too.
Maybe, but I don't think so. Firstly, there would be information from the high school sweetheart. Secondly, there are plenty of places to dump someone around Gin Gin, why would they need to drive 40+ minutes into Bundy?

Wow!!!!!!

I missed this bit…..

“Officers have seen footage showing Pheobe in the back of the Hyundai caught on the CCTV of a home on Samuels Road.”
In the back of the car on the particular date she was supposedly driven to the airport? It doesn't say.
And in what state...I hope that video can be enhanced.
If it was on that date, might Phoebe have been "driven to the airport" but not intended to be, as in Phoebe believed she was going to the airport, but driver had other intentions?

This poor girl never had a chance, given her surroundings ...

To make it look like she was left at the airport is my guess
I dont think she even got to that airport.

Nor was she left on the airport link road, where it was originally mentioned she was left after an argument, with her luggage , to make her way across 2 busy lanes of traffic , 2 roundabouts , before even getting to the entrance of the terminal, that is full of security cameras.

Theres CCTV footage showing her in TB car near Samuel Rd, then they at least made it into Bundaberg and the airport area.

Maybe she was in an argument with JW and tried to get out of the car, then him getting her back in and driving off somewhere

Maybe she tried to call her BF and then her phone was switched off. Maybe thrown away in the general area?

Maybe JW drove around working out what the # to do and then decided to take her toward Burnett River areas, or possibly back to their huge property with the once barking dogs that were all dead by the time police arrived 5 days later, to an abandoned house, with no sign of JW and TB.

Samuel’s Road is a quiet road, but not much of a “hiding place”, the trees are sparse and there is a huge wire fence along the side of the road behind the trees. Perhaps it was just a thoroughfare.

Samuel road is where the alleged CCTV footage of the car was seen on May 15.

You can see the image of the car and driver in the original report on the case when police were asking for dash cam or other CCTV footage in the general area.

The car footage is also shown again on a more recent update on the case.

There are houses / businesses along that road that intersects between the airport link road and the Childers road back toward Gin Gin

Taking a left turn onto Cummins Rd from Samuel, (you bypass the Bundy caravan park which may have had security cameras?), Cummins Rd will take you straight back onto Childers Rd and a quick drive back to Gin Gin.
40 minutes done and dusted.

For me this is WHY police are asking for video footage. To show WHO was in that car that morning , heading back to Gin Gin and that big rented property

Could Pheobe have been already deceased in the cctv footage. Staged to look like she was headed to the airport?

Cannot make out who is inside the car, but the image may well have been distorted for that reason.

Not sure if the image was taken on Samuel Road, as I don’t think Samuel Road had white lines on the edge of the roadway. I’ll take another look.

One very interesting thing I did notice was that JW and his family / mates were advocates for the fund raising rodeo events for "Do it for Dolly".

The action group that stands against bullying, violence and abuse after a young girl committed suicide, Dolly Everett.

For anyone searching there is another man by the same name of Gin Gin man JW, associated to the cause. This is NOT the JW in question.

JW and his mates were part of a rodeo fund raiser for the cause.

I just thought it ironic that here are 2 people caught up in community groups that advocate positive reform and community support to the disadvantaged , yet have possibly committed the worst crime imaginable, using drugs and carrying weapons, losing their kids and having a long list of charges under their belts.
