PI Raw Video Tape (Nov. 15-16th) Discussion

As far as I can tell by looking at the various pavers and blocks we have seen in photographs at the A fam's...they are not the same as what is in this video or what was in the photo at the dump site. They are more along the lines of cinder blocks.

I wonder if JW pics match this video or was there another one shot on the search (against TES rules).

He is wearing gloves on the 16th, while using the rod thingy. What if Caylee had been in one of those bags? He clearly had no intent of perserving the evidence. Nothing says this evidence won't help my client like destroying it.

The boy is clearly not bright. Five months after the time of death he is clearly thinking he is going to find a BODY. That stick wouldn't tell him if he was hitting bones anymore than it tells him how many sticks he is shoving out of the way.

It's disgusting. I watch him digging and probing and I think of all those alive sightings, his statements that Casey doesn't have a mean bone in her body, and the dumb explanation he gave about the Kio story. I really wonder if he found anything.

ITA... But I can't help but think about KC's phone records, and how "casually chit chatty" she was driving her deceased daughters body around in the trunk of her car, during and after her cover up of her death, and while she was desposing of her little body. So it wouldn't surprise me if indeed the PI was actually "chit chatty" during his search. Everyone in this case except for LE and Pros....seem to be extremly "chit chatty" IMO. Everyone in this case seems so bizzare, I have never seen anything like it.

It boggles the mind.

I don't know for sure, but if anyone's been to the crime scene, you'll know that from where Caylee was found, and on down that side of Suburban, is all this thick brush and trees. It could have been anywhere on that side of Suburban. Couldn't get a good look to tell for sure as the picture quality is terrible.

It sure isn't like what the WFTV legal analyst Sheaffer decribed. I saw a trowel not a shovel. I never saw the blanket toss. The black bag(s) wasn't partially buried. Sheaffer never said part of the search was up against a building.

There is obviously more video we have not seen.

I just got finished watching it.........i wonder if that house is the one that everyone has been talking about that was for sale on hopespring, and had the coincidence of a last name. I would love to know who was on that phone......this is incriminating in my opinion. But we will have to wait for the phone records. In the article, KB said she heard DC state "it should be here." He had to be getting directions

Gosh I've missed something. What article? would really like to read!

My guess is DC is not the owner of the tape. DC was working with the Geraldo team, no video. We know for a fact JH is working with WFTV, tape produced. Much like a picture unless they had a signed agreement if JH shot it, in public, on his own camera it is his video to release. MOO

Yes, I think it's been determined that JH is the legal owner of the tape. I don't have a clue why anyone would think DC owned the tape or that he would sell a tape that seems to incriminate himself and prove he's a liar. That makes no sense to me. Why is it so difficult to believe that JH did the selling?

I sure hope the defense doesn't try to claim the crime scene was compromised before Caylee was found!

If it was sold I completely believe JH did so. I was commenting on why Geraldo didn't have the tape yesterday.

Watching him stab through the ground with that metal rod pizzed me off. Funny way to search for a "live" Caylee as your employers were paying you to do at the time.

Ok, so we know:

1. He KNEW there was a bag or bags involved, based on the attention he gave to bags
2. I can't imagine just chatting on the phone with anyone while digging around a site like that, knowing I might find remains of a poor little Baby. He was getting direction IMO, else there is no other reason to be casually chit-chatting while undertaking important investigative work

Shame the quality is so poor. Hoping the FBI can work their magic and enhance the tape.

The first section where he's wandering around with cellphone is where the crime scene meets the road.

The third section where he probes and you can see the pavers in a configuration (in the background) is also the area of the crime scene.

I recognize it from going to the area (memorial) and from crime scene photos.
