I thought the same thing. He was definitely talking with someone who was telling him where to go.

Makes me wonder too. They say he said he was on the phone with his daughter...but I have doubts on that. To me , he just looks too focused in looking AND in talking. Don't jump on me for this...but most men can't do two focused things at the same time Jokingly stated, of course. But I would think if it was his daugther he would be standing straight up talking and then telling her he had to go. Ya know?

I never knew how low tech this PI business was. That or DC really doesn't like to get his hands dirty, he was not exactly thorough.

I caught that, also. My take was that, "Yes, I deleted all the tapes, but I didn't say I deleted my copies of taping while watching the tapes."

I can't imagine what anyone could see in a minute and a half. It sure didn't tease me, just incriminated him.

Ok...where the heck is that abandon house from??? I'm looking at aerial pictures and I don't see an old abandon house. Looking at the times on the tape it was 13 minutes into the taping that they were at the house ripping open the bags. Not enough time to walk a great distance.

I can't believe DC has not been arrested. It is very apparent someone was giving him step by step instructions on where to look for a body. Also the tape stops and starts. How do we know he didn't move the bag or evidence or hide it further? LE should get his fingerprints. I think he looks very guilty what he is doing there. That was no little tip from Kio and he was NOT talking to any sick daughter all that time while slashing things with that knife or stick or whatever he was using. He also brought a garden tool with him. Who does that on a whim? He intended to do some digging. He very well may have seen the bag or body. Who would know? I believe Hoover and I do not believe Casey. I think Casey was told the body was here by the KC team and was there searching with it and drug hoover along just like he said to go 'pick up the body'. Perhaps he never found it. who knows??? I hope to God that LE has subponaed his telephone records to see who he was talking to.

I don't believe for a minute that Geraldo "passed", imo. I think he got a copy and was forbidden to show it on air. I don't think it was ever offered to him for sale, IMO. Spin. Spin. Spin.

I see no reason not to believe him, unless LP was lying when he said that JH was shopping the tape around. :waitasec:

He surely is getting directions on the phone. Don't understand why he's repeatedly slicing at the trash back like a big sissy. If you're that afraid, get some gloves on and get in the #$#@ bag if you want to know what's in there. It doesn't seem well-planned.

I'm going to react before reading everyone's comments to see how my thoughts fit in.

Of course, I'd like to see the entire video unedited.

It looks like we have DC at the crime scene on two different days. The first morning shown he's outside of the wooded area, wandering around on his cellphone and going in and out of the area (you can see the air potato vine everywhere). The area is THICK with brush.

Then it cuts to about 30 minutes later where DC is seemingly by the side of some concrete block home. There are some black garbage bags laying there and either a paver or a ceiling tile. He attacks the bags with a small knife ripping them open. Then he starts digging under a paver right beside the house with a small garden tool.

Then it cuts to the next morning back at the crime scene. DC is seen probing the area with a ground probe. The probe slides into the ground like a knife through hot butter. Either the soil was wet or something was under the ground. DC from a few feet away probes away at the area where you can see a configuration of pavers or stones.

Then it cuts back to that same concrete house and DC is full on digging. You can see a black trash bag with yellow (?) ties. Full on poorly done excavation going on.

That's what I see on first viewing.

oh yeah. After watching that tape I honestly believe that he knew Caylee was out there in that area somewhere. Whoever he is talking to on the phone is the key to all of this. I hope we found out who was talking to on the phone.

Me too. If they're prepaid phones is it even possible though?

I want to know where that house is too. Could it be somewhere that Casey and Caylee hung out at? There are some containers in the window that make me think of abandoned paint thinner and the like...just thinking outloud here....could Casey have found the chloroform there and THEN googled it to see what it was?
