Sure the other O-town stations will be on it tomorrow. Wonder if they can get a transcript of that deposition?

Oh I take that back. It's late and I just remembered more.

The TV coverage did say that Will said "they" (I assume he meant Amy & ICA) were over at his place early to decorate the back yard for the party he was having later in the day and had went shopping at several different stores to pick up items for the party. I believe they said that picture was taken as they walked down to Lake Eola to watch the city's fireworks display.

Maybe WKMG will have a video of this report later Friday.

I've seen the picture and Casey looks exuberant......not just happy, but exuberant!

Casey has that phony smile in most of her pics. Her regular fake smile. This pic shows what might be her real smile which is scary. I've never seen her happier though - not even when she was peeing in the parking lot or dancing on the stage.

Wasn't Casey talking to Will about her car and he was going to help her get it fixed? I hate to think what he might've got talked into if TonyL hadn't come back to town. Seems like every person in Casey's life was assigned a role to serve her various needs.

Will is brilliant to come forward in the 11th hour with this picture. I, for one suspect that there are more.....have we EVER had only ONE party picture when Casey was involved? Will has preserved himself these past two years and has not had to deal with the headache of being maligned or scrutinized by the DT, the media or the web.
Think about it, anyone who has been remotely involved IS connected to ICA FOREVER!!! Poor Amber Frey comes up on Scott Peterson's wikipedia.

I am so waiting for more and they will be stunning.

I think there's more too! Will said he had more but this is just one he was able to download.

If he was taking pictures of the preparations for the 4th of July party, I'm sure he was taking pictures during the party. Others who attended may have taken pictures too.

I'm sure LE has already gone through his computer and downloaded all the pictures.

Of course, George and Cindy will probably say these pictures were taken two years prior to July 4, 2008.

I HOPE there are a lot of parents on the jury. I really do. Because no matter what this expert or that expert says, no matter what science is allowed in or out, a parent, ANY PARENT, would be able to look at that picture and feel absolute disgust.

Any parent is going to look at that photo of Casey with the big,huge, joyful smile and TRY to imagine themselves, a couple of weeks after their own child is 'kidnapped'---and imagine themselves being at a picnic, laughing and drinking without a care in the world.

This may comes as a shock to Casey, but most parents would be paralyzed with grief.

Kind of hard to believe that they just found out Will had this picture. I would have thought that Will would have told them about it a long time ago.

I wonder if he didn't realize she was in the background since Amy was the focus (well out-of-focus) of the picture. This picture just really really really makes my blood boil.:maddening: Seriously, if your baby died in an accident and you were hiding out afraid to tell your parents, would you be happy like that? I mean I knew she was but this pic is the first really candid one I've seen from that time frame. The Fusion ones were bad enough but somehow this just makes me even madder. She should have been frantic with grief about Caylee and a ball of knot with worry about her parents finding out. :maddening::maddening::maddening:

I, too hope there are parents on the jury because as a mom of older teens/twenties...I know when my children even at older ages need encouragement to do the right thing. I know when they are trying to pull one over on me.

As a parent of children ages 2-26, I can tell you ICA, is going to be surprised that there are those of us who actually hold lines and standards of behavior for ourselves and our children.

Now being a mom of a boy who would be only a week older than Caylee, a daughter just a few months younger than ICA and now a grandmom to a little girl fast approaching the age of Caylee when she died....it is obvious there is something wrong in this family, in relating to other people, in relating to children.

The state has a strong case and I think JB and crew better be prepared for a lot more than they bargained for....

Funny you should say that, because I'm wondering how CA will spin this in her mind. If that were my daughter I would be absolutely devastated and furious.
