oh wow.. what a picture...looks triumphant, glad, happy not a care in the world...i hope the jury sees this, how PTSD ( post traumatic stress disorder-or what ever the defense is trying to spin) this was definately taken after the "kidnapping".....

This photo and the one of her grinning without a care in the world AT THE POLICE STATION both shock me.

I truly COULD. NOT. BELIEVE. it when I found out that smiley pic of her with the gray seats in the background was taken the day she was arrested. And now this.

This pic just screams "NOT A CARE IN THE WORLD."

She is absolutely done for. On strength of the pics alone.

That's what I thought too...she looks goofy. But there is something else, it's almost a laugh, like she's got an inside joke that only she knows, and she is enjoying pulling the wool over everyone's eyes. Devious.. ness.

I HOPE there are a lot of parents on the jury. I really do. Because no matter what this expert or that expert says, no matter what science is allowed in or out, a parent, ANY PARENT, would be able to look at that picture and feel absolute disgust.

Any parent is going to look at that photo of Casey with the big,huge, joyful smile and TRY to imagine themselves, a couple of weeks after their own child is 'kidnapped'---and imagine themselves being at a picnic, laughing and drinking without a care in the world.

This may comes as a shock to Casey, but most parents would be paralyzed with grief.

No doubt. I was more distraught two weeks after my cat went missing than this picture shows Casey to be 2 weeks after her two year child was 'kidnapped'. And to not breath a word to ANYONE that her baby was missing, while she spent her time finding party decorations, etc.

Even more damning than this pic of a giddy & gleeful Casey will be the testimony in court from Casey's former friends (Will W., Amy H.) when they reflect on her demeanor during that party-filled Fourth of July.

Casey was certainly celebrating her own new found 'independence' that Independence Day.

Poor Caylee. I bet she would have loved to see the fireworks that night.

Just saw the photo. I wonder if KC was just following the "Script" that Zenaida told her to do, but don't think partying with friends while your daughter was kidnapped was on that list. She doesn't look a bit worried about anything.

Yet again, here is evidence of her happy "mission accomplished" ,:beersign:attitude. One more picture on the pile. I think there are more out there. Her parents are going to learn more about Casey next month than they can stomach. Assume for a moment that her story about Zanny were true - here she is partying and happy just two short weeks after Caylee's disappearance. Wouldn't that make any grandparents' stomach churn? It is truly alarming to see her face like that. Not a single picture of her looking worried or upset, much less not a single friend of hers including Tony, had the slightest clue that she was "suffering" the loss of her daughter. BAH!!!

I am thinking the same thing. I bet they would love to see what the other pictures are. Is there a cut off time for new discovery to be entered in before trial? I have no clue how that works. Anyone?

This picture was taken on July 4th...She is content, happy, having fun and IMO Casey also has the added satisfaction of having kept Cindy and Lee from catching up with her on July 3rd.

Just the day before on July 3rd Cindy was trying desperately to get a hold of Casey and bring Caylee home and she sent Lee out to find Casey.

IMO Until she got caught Casey was going to live it up as much as she could.

Cindy goes home and tries to find a way to track down Casey..enlists Lee's help to find Casey. Mallory also tried to contact Casey.
Cindy posts her "MY Caylee is Missing" on MySpace
Casey at a club in Downtown Orlando..Lee and Mallory attempting to contact Casey until 3:00am

July 4th,
Casey DELETED her MySpace comments from April 24,2008 to July 4th 2008
Casey goes with Amy to Will's 4th of July party...helps with decorating
Casey calls Jesse around 3:15 asking what his plans are for July 4th.

Casey has a new BOY friend to hang out with and spends the day with Will until she has to go and pick up boyfriend Tony at the airport

My Gosh...that is the kicker isn't it? Think of it, think of if your child had been taken by the sitter and you hadn't seen or spoken to her in almost 3 weeks?
Would you be out sipping a beer and flirting w/a potential new boytoy? Or helping friends decorate for a party? I mean it's too much to ask a jurist to believe...it really is. Because if that where true, we'd see a picture of KC that looked like this: :gasp:

Now think of the truth...you've killed your child. You've bagged and tossed your unwanted child in the dump heap. You know, the one you never wanted in the first place. The one who's daddy was not around. The one who replaced you in your parent's affections. The one who caused your mother to grind you daily ... :bigfight: You've gotten rid of your problem and are now able to come and go as you please, you are the happiest you've been for a long time. In your sick mind you've done the right thing for yourself. Freedom, boys and partying here you come!! Now that reality fits the look of KC in this picture. :fireworks:

Does anyone else think that the picture looks like a screen grab from a video?

I noticed the blurring in the hand on the cup as if it was "in motion". Also the trees in the background look like they are blurred from camera movement. The framing of the photo seems to be on Amy but there is nothing going on with her that we can see in the photo. Perhaps she was talking or doing something and someone was taking a cell phone video of it?

People usually take pictures or video of something as it is occurring or posed. This photo looks just like a video screen grab.

It could be just a cheap camera or.............................it could be a pic take from a video. I'm betting on "video".
