That smile in the new photo is NOTHING like the "forced" posed smiles we have seen so many of in others.

Well if CA can have memories of dryer sheets flood back to her on the stand.....I am sure there are other memories that will be flooding back to witnesses, friends, and family.

Oh that picture! I keep looking at it and wondering about those eyes! I see many things in them. Her tattoo was less than two days old (July 2nd?). Everything was starting to work out for ya, wasn't it Casey?

Does anyone else think that the picture looks like a screen grab from a video?

I noticed the blurring in the hand on the cup as if it was "in motion". Also the trees in the background look like they are blurred from camera movement. The framing of the photo seems to be on Amy but there is nothing going on with her that we can see in the photo. Perhaps she was talking or doing something and someone was taking a cell phone video of it?

eople usually take pictures or video of something as it is occurring or posed. This photo looks just like a video screen grab.

It could be just a cheap camera or.............................it could be a pic take from a video. I'm betting on "video".

I have to confess ,it looks like a picture I would take. So many digital cameras and camera phones have that delay between when you push the button and when it actually clicks . I've never mastered it .

So glad we have proof now of Casey looking for her baby.....in the bottom of a red plastic beer cup. DT, explain this one!!

Will is brilliant to come forward in the 11th hour with this picture. I, for one suspect that there are more.....have we EVER had only ONE party picture when Casey was involved? Will has preserved himself these past two years and has not had to deal with the headache of being maligned or scrutinized by the DT, the media or the web.
Think about it, anyone who has been remotely involved IS connected to ICA FOREVER!!! Poor Amber Frey comes up on Scott Peterson's wikipedia.

I am so waiting for more and they will be stunning.

Already had proof with the Blockbuster video the evening of June 16th. That picture is going to do her in along with the June 20th photo and the chitload of other evidence that the defense and Linda Kenny Baden say has no bearing on this case.

Not going to happen Pip. I watched Cindy last night at home as she lied about the medication she was taking and putting the dryer sheets in the trunk of the car. And KC thanked her and it was unreal everytime I see it. Basically "thanks for lying Mom".

I know CA does not want to see KC convicted and is trying to save her anyway she can, but the fact that KC says thank you to her for that tells me the relationship they had was beyond dysfunctional. This is Cindy's grandchild who is dead in the trunk of KC's car and she is smiling at her mother after her testimony of lies. It is incredible.
