how do you continue to walk and shop while someone's filming you?

but wouldn't whoever was taking these be using a telescopic lens if they aren't staged?..she wouldn't have seen anyone filming or taking pics most likely and it could just appear that the photographer was up close when they really were quite some distance away?

So the person with the telescopic lens was just whiling the day away outside Old Navy, when out of nowhere comes ICA strutting along...?

I think either SHE tipped the paps off that she was frequenting the shopping area, or someone at her hotel did.

I do think that she actually WANTED to be noticed - another "oh no, not a storm! I want the helicopters to fly overhead!" moment. And she was HOPING that her every move was being noticed. She is a narcissist and probably acts *staged* even when she is alone. Because remember, this is the Casey Anthony Show. We are just bit players to her LEADING LADY role. *gag*

I would hate to see people harassing her and getting into trouble themselves. It's just so not worth it. For the most part people are just venting and would never really act out on their emotions. The most I see normal people doing is just staring at her, whispers behind her back and ackward conversations when she does speak to someone. It's just normal behavior. I hope your right (about people not acting out). She's not worth getting in trouble over. She's not even worth half the attention she's getting now.

I think it looks a lot like her.

I'm not sure if it is staged or not. She may have been spotted way back and watched for some time before they set up the cameras on paths she normally crossed.

Does it look like she seemed to nod to someone as she turned to cross the street?
It reminded me of her nodding to the guard on her release.

Being in the Old Navy store could have been over a length of time and they just captured her when she was close to the windows. Of course, who wouldn't have just followed her in the store? Further on that point, why wouldn't someone have followed back to where she stayed? Maybe the tape has been edited.

The pocketbook looked odd on her shoulder. Does she carry it just when she goes shopping? Maybe something to put her merchandise in so no one would know what she got?

I agree. It's like they said, "OK, now let's film you in the white tee with the red cap, so it will look like it's a different day; just look natural while the camera spans you"

Here's my take....It's FCA and I think she looks pretty. The gray shirt is not her friend that's for sure but I think getting away with murder looks good on her. She looks like a normal put together twenty-something to me. What a waste.

TMZ didn't stage the photos but someone did and FCA is in on it. The solo walk with the starbucks gives that away to me. She looks everywhere BUT the direction of the shot...like she is purposefully avoiding looking in the camera. I think if it were casual, we'd see "eye contact" with the camera but it almost looks like she forcibly doesn't look in that direction. In the sunglasses shots you can see what looks like a camera man. If she was to be reading her own hype - that dude would scare her pants off. She'd react to him in some way...she doesn't. So I think she trusts that that person is "friend" rather than "foe."

I have not been on in awhile, but I saw the pics on TMZ and doubted it was really KC. Then I saw this video on Huffington Post, and when I watched the walk, I had no doubt. That is her walk for sure, and all her mannerisms. guess you all saw the video already, but here it is again, I just found it this a.m.:

Interesting, I guess the Huff paid a bit more than TMZ as the Huff's video is longer and includes footage of KC in the black shirt and cell from behind.
