I think Casey can smell a camera from 50 yards, and would have pulled out her Mr Ed impersonation as soon as it was pointed in her general direction.

She KILLED that squirrel and his mate...she did ADMIT that....what can we expect?

JB reminds me more and more of a certain "other" defense attorney from Illinois who became famous last year trying to defend another world class liar. AND they have the same initials!

Serenade, I asked you nicely to please delete post #258 as I deleted the original post. Would you mind? Thanks!

It only took a couple of days to photoshop the pic, but it took weeks to find someone stupid enough to say they took the pic........

That "photographer" is gathering evidence for the vehicular squirril-icide charges against GA. The Squirril LE Office has a statement reporting the crime from CA. :slap:

There are many things that Casey told LE about ZG which do describe the woman who is suing tho: the exact vehicle, two of her children's names, and the tie to SG Apartments. This cannot be explained away quite so easily.

The woman in this photo could be any random person in any random park where Casey had Caylee before June 15th. Much ado about nothing. They will have to prove the date, the time, the place, and the circumstances surrounding the photo first. This will in no way prove the person is in any way associated with Casey or this case.

I once worked as an apartment leasing agent. We had the guest card to fill out with name, current address, ph. numbers, # of people- adults and kids and the kids ages- so we would know how many bedrooms they had to have. We also asked about what kind of vehicles they would park on the property and made a copy of their drivers license. These cards would lay on our desks. If KC went into the leasing office under the pretense of say... picking up an application for an apt, she could have easily looked at the guest card and gotten that info. imo

Like I said, you can drive a truck through the holes in this one already. Baez team is trying to pull the proverbial rabbit out of the hat or pretend to make up a "Perry Mason" moment. In the end, this will be proven to be another false sighting, faked photo, or something to that effect. It already lends itself to being far from credible.

Do you recall if Casey ever actually said that ZFG lived at Sawgrass?
I've never spoken to her, but IIRC she did lead LE there and say it was the place where she dropped Caylee off...I thought she even mentioned an apartment, but as I wasn't there to witness what she "said" I can only construe that the mysterious nanny had some connection to those apartments. Visitor, resident, who knows? Why bring LE there otherwise?

...and distracts everyone from the truth...which only Casey knows.

Naturally they have to authenticate it first. They are just now going out of state to retrieve the picture~ I imagine they will want the camera as well and that can't be sent over the internet.

If it's a fake we will know it. If not, well it will put a whole new light on things, will it not?
Actually it won't, unless it can be proven that the woman is indeed the ZFG Casey claims to have left her child with, and can further be proven that Casey did leave her child with this particular woman. A photo alone will do neither.

Even an authentic photo of Casey, Caylee and some anonymous woman proves nothing more than that Casey and Caylee were photographed with some anonymous woman.

Here is what I believe is happening. I believe that the searches are coming too close for comfort and Casey is desperate to escape and get the heck out of dodge before the shi# hits the fan. She is making up farfetched insane theories to support her desperation. She wants to RUN and in order to do that she has to get out of that house and out of the country. Casey is going to do some absurd things in the days and weeks to come as the net closes around her and the noose becomes tighter. This is ridiculous. IF there were such a picture, then LE would already have known about it, because someone would have told them. If it was a "tip" then I wonder why that tip was not passed on IMMEDIATELY to LE or the FBI? If this guy had such a picture, then how come he did not send it in to LE by mail or fax so they could have a look? If there is such a picture, wonder why it is JUST NOW coming to light-4 months after this child came up missing? There is a lot of wonders involved in this ridiculous notion...I wonder how Casey is going to enjoy her CAGE?

Nope they are trying to pull 'a squirrel out of a car frame.":rolling:

Hear, hear, sister!

I believed Caylee was dead ... based on my opinion and later, also on the forensic evidence I read about. But it's stories like this that concern me.

Is she really really really dead? Does LE have evidence that proves this? Why would they let anyone waste their time going out of state to get this photo? Is anyone really going out-of-state to get this photo?

Usually the discovery of "decomp" fluid and DNA linked to that deceased person signifies that they are indeed, really, really, really dead.
