I’m not worrying but I don’t believe it’s over either.

He will likely appeal and he can. Taylor has at least two previous cases that have proceeded far in their appeals even after accepting a plea and “waiving” appeals. Just like Judge Hippler noted on the previous hearing, “waiving” appeals on a plea agreement doesn’t truly mean waiving all appeals.

I wish I shared the same optimism that this is truly “over” but I am not currently confident in that JMOO.
