is there more documents being released today?
Nothing new thus far. I’m just waiting for the motions to be unsealed, as they focus on the important stuff in this regard.

Supp 69 and 107, "Hunga Dunga," where some kind of private Greek event took place. This is like Mad Greek, did BK perhaps frequent this establishment? It seems like it could be his kind of place. (Not a knock on Hunga Dunga.)
^^rsbm

No, "Hunga Dunga" is far from a Greek Restaurant-- different menu, different vibe! It's a brewing company in Moscow with Tap Room and sufficient space to host private parties. EC attended his sister's sorority formal with her, and it was hosted at "Hunga Dunga."

Why in the world would BK let off a firecracker? It's not only an odd thing to do inside a house, but that means he was juggling multiple items. A K-Bar, firecracker, and a lighter. What was his purpose for making a loud noise? Could it have been to flush out more people to see if doors opened and ran out into the hall? It's just such an odd fact. I can't wrap my head around it.

I had not known it was BF that saw a flash under the door and heard a noise. I thought it was DM.
Could it have been that he dropped something, or a lamp or something knocked over?
If BF was in her room- which is on the first floor and down a flight of stairs- that is a loud noise and bright light.

IMO

JMO, he was enraged at the victims who fought him. Just from viewing his body language and facial expressions yesterday in court, he doesn't like women.

From my interpretation his facial expressions as the various women testified yesterday:

He takes pleasure when women are afraid of him; he becomes angry and unhappy when women challenge him. Otherwise, they bore him and he's not interested in what they have to say.

Perhaps he's an incel - an "involuntary celibate". Due to the personality type and lack of social skills, etc. they are often rejected by women to whom they're sexually attracted. This makes them angry and resentful and eventually is generalized to other women, even total strangers. A woman who fights back against an incel is triggering that rage and anger that comes from rejection. It's the classic profile of most rapists, too.
You have the same view as Dr. G the YouTube body language guy. He likes women's pain and fear.

The sloppy forensics student left soil on the shovel ( Although it couldn't be narrowed down to a specific location in Moscow)

Not discounting what BF heard -- but I'd be amazed if the perp actually did this, as it would've drawn more attention than he might have wanted ?
I don't know, especially since seemingly BF and DM heard and saw this? Could they have both imagined this? I'm sceptical of that.

I'd be inclined to believe them, if only because they were disbelieved so much, but were both IMO able to show through their victim impact statements that we ought to have believed them from the get-go.

All JMO

How hard is it to get rid of a shovel? Drive to some small town and leave it leaning up against a shed in someone's backyard.

So, if I’m interpreting this right, BK had an actual object that looked like the photo on the table. A stain glass or ceramic something. He wanted to bring that into the courtroom with him but it was deemed contraband so AT xeroxed a copy for him.
Oh my gosh! How can she possibly be blind enough to not realize how that would be interpreted and how disrespectful it was!
BK was big boy enough to slaughter four people in 15 minutes, he doesn’t need a “teddy bear” to get him through sentencing.
I’ve given AT a lot of passes due to her being a defense attorney, but no more. Unforgivable.
I don't know what the contraband was. I never thought of an object.

With him using VPN'S and successfully wiping his electronics clean, how could LE say there was no connection between BK and his victims???

Unless it's explained to me differently, this is a no, nada, nope... He knew at the least one of them.

He was near that home 23+ times.....
I wonder if one of those times he was near the house was the night/time that Kaylee saw a figure in the wood line while letting her dog out. I also wonder if one of those times was when one of the roommates came home to the door being left open.

Did anyone even mention his name during sentencing, other than when reading official docs? It was good that he is now just recognized as an inmate with a number.

I watched the hearing live on Seattle's King5, and the station moderator reported that his first name (Bryan) was only mentioned twice during the impact statements. #Rememberthevictims.

I don't have a problem with inmates having access to tv, computer, etc. Prison ought to be about rehabilitation and reform, not torture.
I don't think psychopaths can be reformed and not having a TV or computer is hardly torture!

I found it interesting that BK lied to LE about his TA position. He said he would be going back to WSU as a TA, although he had already been fired. Is that one doc the only one where we have seen even a glimpse of his personality, instead of other’s opinions on him? No interviews, no confessions, nothing on tape other than guilty, yes or no or respectfully decline.
He cared about his dog, he did not want to apply for programs that required the GRE, wasn’t sure about God. I wonder if he felt that they were equals. There is a lot to unpack in their small talk.

Good point.
He should've already received WSU's termination letter by this date.

We do not know what he did in the house, he could have wandered through kitchen into living room, he could have gone in all the upstairs rooms before he found Maddie and Kayleigh, the only person who knows what he did that night is him. The two surviving roommates were drunk, terrified and have given many different interpretation of what they heard and what they remember from that night,
I for one after reading the documents am utterly amazed that BK was not seen by many people that night, many students would have been wandering home from parties, the door dash driver and he were feet from each other at some points going by the times,
The housemates had barely gone to bed if we piece together how they were up and down the stairs in and out of each others rooms, taking the dog outside,
It amazes me that he got on and out with only Dylan seeing him one time, and being caught on cameras,
And he for sure is no criminal mastermind, he had no idea who would be in that house that night, he wasn't there when the students arrived home, for whatever reasons he has and IMO there can be many reasons why someone chooses to murder he chose that house, anybody with an ounce of common sense would not have chosen that house, but he did. and unless he talks and says he chose a victim/s to target I will firmly believe he chose the house, he may have known who lived there and they being female were his choice of victim (who knows if he even knew of Ethan) but that night. he wouldn't have known who was present in the home, and in what room they would be in,
I don't think he will ever reveal anything to the public, but he will enjoy speaking to behavioural scientists, profilers, academics, people who he thinks are his equal, but what he tells them will not be revealed to the public
Even if he doesn't ever speak, there's a lot of evidence from friends, witnesses, etc. The friends and family members of the victims believe he was stalking one or more of them.

Consider he was only in the house for 12 minutes if I recall correctly. That is very short. Based on roommates testimony, they did hear things, but didn't know what and would never suspect murder. And we know the order of the murders. He did thread a needle, somehow missing the doordash driver and Xana for that matter to go to Maddie's room. He spied on them--by their own account and after the fact they told LE they saw someone in the trees, etc. on several occasions. SG said that Kaylee told them she thought someone was stalking her.

He had been watching the goings on at the house for weeks. Think about your own neighborhood, how quickly you learn people's patterns. It doesn't take very long.

From the beginning, I cannot figure out why there wasn't much if any blood tracked through the rest of the house or outside.

He's never getting out. But he is still alive. From all accounts he'll be in a cell for 23 hours a day, 1 hour out. Having nothing to do but read books or write til the end seems pretty bad. Well, maybe not to him, being an academic.

The numbers 1….6….3….2….and 4 are currently filing a restraining order against being forced to be associated with this inmate.

I know the “ L “ on his prison garb stands for size Large. I’ve seen it in other criminal mugshots. To me it stands for Loser . JMO

There aren’t enough pejoratives to describe what I think when I see his face. Ugh

But I did pull out the Thesaurus 🤣
