I had a relative who we described as “built for the pandemic”. Never cared to leave the house, socialize, was happy to stay home alone with their books, internet and television. Food was delivered on the porch and left there.

I think BK may be like that. He has no need or use for people. He lives in his head, with his own set of rules that are not societal. His problem may come with prison employees who interact with him, if they try to make him conform to something he does not believe to be the right way. Other than that, this may be his dream life. I feel like he may have committed these murders like we would see a science project. He tried out theories, studied subjects, weapons, incorporated his own thoughts and feelings into some sort of blueprint. This is his grand memoir, his mark on the world.

Exactly!
This is how I see him.

Add his nocturnal way of living
(neighbours said he was vacuuming the apartment in the middle of the night,
inmates in jail also noted he was up all night.
Per MSM reports).

This means IMO
that he doesn't need others to interact, doesn't care for company of people.
He is the happiest being left alone.

Provided, of course,
he won't be put with a cellmate after some time.
Then, I suspect problems might appear.

If anyone has seen any document suggesting that the JITB bag seen in photos was not the DD delivery that Xana received that morning, or has seen any suggestion that 163214, a vegan, took the food, other than the one People article, that contained other inaccuracies, please share any such link here. In his apparent haste to leave the house after murdering the four, I think there is zero chance that he took time to grab any fast food on the way out. JMO

Sorry to add to the storm my link to "People" article started hehe,
they alleged BK took the food as trophy.

I'm innocent, by the way!!!
I only sent a link (it was mainly about Xana)

But this bit about the food
reminded me of Golden State Killer de Angelo
who used to eat victims' food with great appetite

"I had one shot at it and I was gonna make the most of it," she added.

She did make one adjustment to her speech out of consideration for Kohberger's mother and sister, who were present in the courtroom.

"I didn't anticipate his mother and sister being there," she said. "And I had specific lines that were directed towards his relationship with his mother and directed towards the shame that he has caused his family, and how the ultimate move of a coward is for him to sit behind bars while the rest of his family has to bear the real weight, the shame of what he's done."

Did she self-edit?

I don't specifically remember her talking about that but I wonder if the felon would have been able to control his expression.

He doesn't take criticism well.

A pity.

IQ is usually tested during a full autism assessment, so the value 119 may have been determined by the defense’s forensic psychologist.

I don’t find it hard to believe that the murderer may have taken an online IQ test and received a much higher score, particularly if he took it untimed. I would think that Mr. Know It All would realize that an IQ of 119 is not “genius level,” after all.

At any rate, “twice-exceptional” people (“gifted“ but with a learning disorder or condition such as ASD or ADHD) often have “spiky” profiles, leading to a lower IQ on a standard, timed test. So an IQ of 119 could still mean the murderer may be more intelligent than we would like to believe, at least enough to impress some of his professors and fellow students.

IMO
It would also be necessary to know the standard deviation of the IQ instrument in order to "estimate" a person's IQ.

But another member of victims' family said exactly that.

Bringing shame to Family Name and the whole family.

And expressing sympathy for family members of the perp.

But I don't recall who said it.
And BK didn't flinch.
Not that I noticed, that is.

Now, when I think about it
more than one said exactly this.

" 'Here's somebody who was arbitrating who lives and who dies,
and ultimately managed to live himself,
that's depressing'.

'The greatest clue
was that he purchased the knife months before
there was even a victim selected.

That means you have a fantasy,
then you go out like a casting agent
to find a person you can cast in your fantasy'.

The forensic psychologist said
that the lack of personal relationship between Kohberger and his victims
is particularly reminiscent of Bundy.

'A serial killer doesn't want a direct connection with his victim'."

BK failed as a TA but what grades did he receive in the only PhD semester?

I'm pretty sure the tablets are very well locked down. I highly doubt Facebook is allowed.

At the jails and prisons where I've done fieldwork, the tablets are very well locked down. Like a kid's iPad. They have to pay from a special commissary account to get TV shows or movies, usually by the half hour or hour. I've never known any inmate to have FB except as a kind of contraband, I guess. They do occasionally have a hidden cell phone, but that's very rare.

According to what I've read about IMSI, they do not have individual TV's (as some may be picturing). Instead, they have to go up a ladder of privileges to get time in the communal dayroom, where there's one TV.

The price of watching TV at IMSI seems to be calmly sharing time with other high risk inmates and getting along with fellow inmates.

IMO
