The families of Madison Mogen and Ethan Chapin, two of the four Idaho college students murdered by Bryan Kohberger, have sued the city of Moscow, Idaho, over the release of crime scene photos.

While appearing on NewsNation's Banfield, attorney Leander James - the lawyer representing Mogen and Chapin's families - explained why they believe the lawsuit is necessary.

I'm not cool with sexual assault in any situation, regardless of how awful a person's crime(s) may be. I think Bryan would be well advised to know that this is the "hazing" phase and by letting others get to him, he's likely inviting himself to continued and sustained harassment. Probably would've been best for him to keep his head low and keep mum until the attention passed.

Complaining to the guards early on will get you nowhere and negative attention too, not to mention the wrong kind of attention from the guards. Sometimes I am having a hard time believing these reports.

I know alot of Correction Officers in my state and they told me what can happen when the guards hate an inmate, despise these types of crimes.

Inmate:
I have a headache can I get some Tylenol?

Guard:
I'll take care of it.

Next day... Inmate: I never got my tylenol.

Guard:
I will look into it.

Next Day....inmate:
Why no tylenol?

Guard:
I need to fill out a medical form for you to sign, I will see about it.

Next day....inmate:
I never got the medical form.

Guard:
There are alot of requests, yours must have gone to the bottom of the pile, I will look into it.

And this is just one of many examples. The Officers will not do BK any favors.

PS.... BK has been told by the Correction Officers that they cannot control the "yelling through the vents at him" because he is not in any physical danger..... From MSM News Nation prison spokesman.

See? No favors for him.

Like you posted, he should've thought about this before he committed the slaughter, should've added some questions to his re/ddit questionnaire for ex cons.

If BK is smart, he will continue to document all this. Why? So when he is killed in prison, his parents can sue for wrongful death, cruel and unusual punishment (8th amendment), Negligence or Deliberate Indifference. The more he documents, no matter how much anyone dislikes him, the harder it will be to turn a blind eye. IMO. It's just a smart move. (and I only say this because there is no chance in anything that he will find a group to fit in with)

Things are not going well for poor Bryan Kohberger in prison.

On July 30, Kohberger submitted a handwritten note requesting that he be placed in a different facility, after just one night in the J-Block at the Idaho Maximum Security Institution in Boise

Ohh, people are being mean to BK in prison. He doesn't have any friends there. And the other inmates threatened him. They yell mean things to him.. BK doesn't like maximum security prison in Idaho.
