The only source for DN entry is a dead link. However, it was archived by Wayback Machine. The website is now defunct, but it was actually maintained by Mazovian Police (Mazovia/Mazowsze is the province where Warsaw is) and it listed missing and unidentified persons from the Mazovia area. I think that Doe Network has the right information. The website provides a
graphic post-mortem photo of the UID. Her hair are long and not dyed red!
Warning: Graphic post mortem photo at link.

The second picture, that doesn't show up in the Wayback Machine link was probably the photo of the tatttoo.
The description in the link doesn't have any more info than DN description, but for the record, here's the translation:
"On 30.04.1994, in the forest near the town of Marki, a body of an unknown woman was found. The body had numerous stab and cut wounds to the chest, back and neck. To date, the identity of the deceased has not been established.
Description: age 19-24 years, height 165 cm, slim slender build, long dark hair, round face, high forehead, gray eyes;thick, wide average nose; averager ears, missing teeth visible.
The victim's clothing:
MUSTANG CLASSIC STYLE blue jeans, blue/navy-blue buttoned blouse, pink panties with bright lace.
Distinguishing marks: blue tattoo on the left arm, a rose and the letters

Any fan of this band should recognize the rose and the two letters. Maybe this will help with the identification and further progress of the case?"
