You know, I'm sorry to say there is certainly lot's of fodder here-FOR THE DEFENSE!!! The chain of custody,with the car,is certainly a concern.I can hear it now,"Is there any way that anyone other than KC could have had access to the car,from the time it was dropped at Amscott and the time it was secured by the OCSO?" "Well,yes,anything is possible"Just great,now we have doubt!!!!
Wasn't this car locked when it was picked up? So the person who used the car if it wasn't Casey locked the car after using it at Amscott? Do we know how many people have keys to that car? I don't think there are that many people who would break into a car, use it, return it and then lock it up safely are there?
